In Po ugal Law No. 31/2002 has app o ed he Schools’ Ex e nal E alua ion (SEE) which has been
implemen ed since 2006 by he Po uguese Gene al Inspec ion o Educa ion and Science (IGEC).
Un il now he e a e wo cycles o SEE and he one ha is occu ing now is in i s inal s age o
implemen a ion. Fo he IGEC (2015) his e alua ion sys em o non-highe educa ion has he
pu pose o p o iding “an impo an con ibu ion o he schools’ de elopmen ".

in o ma ion p o ided by he SEE o ac upon cu icula p ocesses and de elop hei p ac ices.
