Simila ly, da a om he NITI Aayog Heal h Index shows ha s a es wi h signi ican u al popula ions consis en ly lag behind in heal hca e indica o s, including ma e nal mo ali y, in an mo ali y, and immuniza ion co e age (NITI Aayog, 2023). Issues such as algo i hmic bias, lack o digi al li e acy, in as uc u al bo lenecks, and insu icien policy amewo ks h ea en o widen he e y digi al di ide AI seeks o b idge (Sha ma & Jha, 2021).
