Abstract

The clothing manufacturing industry, characterized by its labor-intensive operations and rapidly evolving technological landscape, relies heavily on skilled workforce for maintaining competitiveness and quality standards. This research paper examines the critical impact of employee training and development programs on productivity, quality, safety, and overall organizational performance within the clothing manufacturing sector.
