Ramesh and Joseph (2020) ha e emphasised

unde u ilised esou ces. Resea ch on M-OPAC
has pa icula ly unde sco ed i s ole in o e ing
mobile- iendly ca alogues wi h ad anced
sea ch op ions and use -o ien ed ea u es such
as online ese a ions, ansac ion his o y, and
QR-code enabled check-ins (Sha ma, 2019).
