how o imp o e p ocesses o he nex sp in . The goal is con inuous lea ning and adap a ion.
4. Re iews (also called Sp in Re iew, Demo, Show-and-Tell): a session whe e he eam

sions. Tha being said, cla i y should always be pai ed wi h espec —being di ec should no
come ac oss as ude o dismissi e. Fu he mo e, eams should adap hei communica ion
s yle based on hei cul u e and dynamics—some eams may alue a highly di ec app oach,
while o he s unc ion be e wi h a mix o di ec and indi ec communica ion.
