and hei cul u al implica ions. Communica ion is an essen ial aspec o human exis ence, se ing as

sequence o e en s, communica ion is dynamic—lacking a de ini i e beginning o end—and

cul u al con ex s. Speci ically, i examines he ela ionship be ween symbols, hei meanings
(deno a ion and conno a ion), and hei signi icance acili a ing communica ion among indi iduals
and g oups as well as employs a quali a i e app oach o analyze he na u e o communica ion and i s
inhe en dynamics. I examines he simul aneous p ocesses o encoding and decoding messages, he
impac o eedback on sel -pe cep ion, and he ecip ocal in luence o communica o s on each o he .
