3.1 Book Theme Analysis

oge he explain 89.23% o TB a iance ( a exceeding he 30.91%
explained by LBY alone). The indi ec e ec (6.0244) and di ec
e ec (0.8871) we e bo h highly signi ican (p<0.001), wi h
Boo s ap 95% CIs excluding 0, e i ying he obus ness o he
media ion mechanism.
Finally, CRT (Classi ica ion and Reg ession T ee) analysis o
enewal beha io e ealed phased di e ences in p edic ion
pe o mance. Ac oss all pe iods, he model exhibi ed excellen
accu acy in p edic ing ―Non- enewal‖ (96.5%–96.9%) bu weak
pe o mance in p edic ing ―Renewal‖ (28.3%–31.0%). The 2019–
2021 model (19 nodes, 4 dep h) showed he lowes isk
( esubs i u ion isk=0.135) and highes o e all co ec a e (86.5%),
while he 2022–2024 model (excluding ―Gende ‖ as a p edic o ) saw
inc eased isk (0.172) and dec eased accu acy (82.8%). This
sugges s ha enewal beha io is shaped by complex, ime- a ying
ac o s, and excluding po en ial p edic o s may unde mine model
e ec i eness.

The 2022–2024 CRT model excluded ―Gende ‖ and s ill ailed o
p edic ―Renewal‖ e ec i ely, indica ing unmeasu ed a iables

eade engagemen wi h speci ic hemes) may in luence enewal.
