Аннотация
В Некрополитике страх смерти как объединяющий человеческий опыт используется как
инструмент повиновения суверену и социального контроля - таким образом, само
существование агентства зависит от суверена. Этот экзистенциальный страх дает большую
политическую власть суверену, предлагающему защиту в форме убежища. Однако процесс
предоставления убежища и иммиграции маскирует жестокую институциональную реальность,
которая остается в безопасности за гуманитарным нарративом спасения беженцев. Исследуя
скрытое институциональное насилие, в данной работе мы попытались найти смысл политики -
как политического артефакта - которая представляет собой законодательство. Кто создал эти
политики? Почему они были созданы? Кому они выгодны? Применительно к реакции США на
миграцию афганцев, данное исследование использует инструменты интерпретативного анализа
политики, создавая основу для выявления возможных бюрократических ловушек в
миграционной политике для афганцев, которые затем используются как технологии контроля.
Это сочетается с феноменологической этнографией афганских мигрантов, чей опыт миграции и
переселения может способствовать осознанию того, как некрополитика реализуется в
миграционной политике США.

explo ed in he con ex o colonialism by Mbembe, who dubbed he p ac ice o deciding o e an
indi idual’s li e, as Nec opoli ics – “ he capaci y o de ine who ma e s and who does no , who is
disposable and who is no .”5
Nec opoli ics illumina es how di e en humans a e assigned quan i iable alues which di e en ia e he
