Method and Methods: In research local and foreign working 5 types of issuers diclofenac pills studied. In the samples following indicators checked: - External Appearance: tablets color, shape and integrity. - Average weight and weight deviation: 20 units on a tablet control - Disintegration Time: Uzbekistan Republic State pharmacopoeia requirements appropriate special in the apparatus evaluated. - Mechanic consistency: tablets fragility and crushing level identified, transport and in storage stability - Solubility (dissolution) rate: artificial stomach juice and neutral in the environment studied. - Quantitative analysis: spectrophotometry method using in the pill diclofenac amount determined, defined normative indicators with compared.
