Introduction From a pedagogical and psychological point of view, the formation of upbringing in students is of great importance. Upbringing is a process that ensures the moral, cultural and social development of a person and is inextricably linked with education. In the pedagogical process, upbringing is not limited to imparting scientific knowledge, but is also aimed at developing the student's personal qualities, forming his worldview. For upbringing to be effective, the teacher must correctly choose his style, methods and techniques, establish a friendly, positive relationship with the student. The main goal of upbringing is not only knowledge, but also the formation of spiritual and moral values. Personality development: Upbringing develops the student's personality. This includes improving his moral and social qualities, artistic and aesthetic taste, and physical condition. Moral and spiritual values: In the educational process, one of the main goals is to teach the student moral, spiritual values, social norms and rights, to ensure his correct and just life in society. The essence of education is that it is aimed not only at forming the knowledge of the individual, but also at forming his inner world, moral and psychological state, spiritual world. Teaching moral and ethical values and increasing personal responsibility in the educational process is a common task of the teacher and society. There is no positive or negative method, a certain path in the educational process cannot be assessed as highly effective or ineffective. The effectiveness of the method can be assessed from the point of view of the conditions in which it is used. The correct choice of educational methods depends on a number of factors. The goals and objectives of education. The goal not only justifies the methods, but also determines them. Whatever the goal, the methods of achieving it must correspond to it. The content of education. It is important to remember that the same task can be filled with different ideas. Therefore, it is very important to associate methods not with a general content, but with a specific idea. In connection with the development of a collective form of selfmanagement, methods of pedagogical influence also do not remain unchanged. It is known that flexibility of management is a necessary condition for the successful cooperation of a teacher with students. In addition to material, psychophysiological, sanitary and hygienic, the relations that arise in the classroom include: the climate in the team, the method of pedagogical leadership, etc. It is known that abstract conditions do not exist, they are always specific. Their combination appears in specific situations. The conditions in which education is carried out are called pedagogical situations. Educational methods consist of educational tools that arise as components of the educational process. There are other educational tools that are closely related to pedagogical methods and are used in conjunction with them. Educational methods consist of educational tools that arise as components of the educational process. There are other educational tools that are closely related to methods and are used in conjunction with them. Methods depend on the purpose and content of education. Educational methods are aimed at forming comprehensively developed personal qualities. Therefore, taking into account the level of development of students is an important condition for the effective use of educational methods. 2025 NOVEMBER NEW RENAISSANCE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE VOLUME 2 | ISSUE 11 230 The role of good upbringing in the family and society in the future growth of our children as perfect people is incomparable. The more cultured and polite parents, teachers, leaders and adults are, the more polite individuals who grow up in this society and environment will be. Carrying out such responsible social work, that is, being an example and a lesson for our youth to grow up as decent, polite, conscientious people, is an urgent issue today. Methods of encouragement - imply a positive assessment of the actions of students. Encouragement creates feelings of joy and satisfaction, gives freshness and enthusiasm, strengthens self-confidence, encourages positive actions, increases responsibility for one's activities and actions. Methods of encouragement are diverse, they include approval, encouragement, encouragement, confirmation, recording, verbal and written gratitude, rewarding, etc. Encouragement should be applied taking into account pedagogical requirements. Any encouragement should correspond to the student's real services to society. When motivating, one should take into account the individual characteristics of the student, his place in the team, and not do it one by one. Excessive praise, comparison with the team will weaken the demand, which will lead to the emergence of selfishness and egoism in the student. When organizing motivation, one should take into account not only the student's success, but also his place in the team, his moral image, as well as his attitude to work, team tasks, the team's opinion about the team itself. The pedagogical process is a complex, goal-oriented system of educating a person, his worldview, thinking, spiritual image, social adaptation, based on universal human values. Upbringing is the most important link in the pedagogical process. Educational activities are aimed at ensuring the spiritual and moral development of the individual, the formation of norms of social behavior in him, the formation of competencies in accordance with the goals and requirements of society. National and universal values are the main factor in the upbringing of young people, and it is the task of not only the family, but also educational institutions, the general public to instill in their minds the principles of high humanity. Therefore, it is important to deeply study the place of spirituality in the upbringing of young people, to develop effective approaches in this regard. Also, the role of spirituality in the upbringing of our youth, its importance in social life, and the mechanisms of influence are analyzed. The essence of spirituality and its role in the education of youth. Spirituality is a set of educational, moral and aesthetic values that play a key role in the inner world of a person, the spiritual development of society. The role of spirituality in the education of youth is incomparable, because it forms the outlook of the younger generation on life, helps them to mature as complete individuals. In particular, the instillation of national values, historical heritage and cultural traditions into the minds of young people develops in them a sense of national identity. The importance of shaping the worldview of young people The deeply rooted educational traditions of folk pedagogy have a great influence on the formation of the worldview of young people. By transmitting cultural knowledge and values, these traditions shape the ways in which young people interpret and understand the world around them. Folk pedagogy, which has a rich heritage of shaping the worldview of young people, instilling in them a sense of identity and belonging to society, has a rich heritage, from teaching moral lessons through historical stories to teaching practical skills and wisdom during apprenticeship. This educational tradition is deeply rooted in the cultural and historical experience of society. Researchers have identified key factors shaping young people’s worldviews in folk pedagogy by examining cultural and historical contexts. Understanding the context allows teachers to develop more effective teaching strategies that are consistent with the cultural and historical values of a society. Folk pedagogy provides a general overview of traditional teaching methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. Its emphasis on practical skills, experiential learning, and community participation sets it apart from formal education systems. Folk pedagogy aims to shape young people’s worldviews, foster a deep sense of identity, and foster a sense of belonging by incorporating cultural values, customs, and traditions. Although folk pedagogy is not widely recognized in mainstream education, it continues to have a significant impact on individuals’ learning experiences in traditional societies. General information about folk pedagogy In addition, the influence of cultural and historical factors on educational traditions cannot be overestimated. In many societies, educational practice is shaped by cultural norms and highly structured historical events. For example, in ancient civilizations, education was often based on moral and religious teachings. Similarly, in recent times, educational systems have been affected by social changes resulting from industrialization and globalization. These cultural and historical factors have played an important role in the formation of educational traditions, which ultimately influenced the worldview of young people in folk pedagogy. Conclusion In conclusion, from a pedagogical point of view, it is very important to recognize the importance of educational and upbringing traditions. These traditions, along with transmitting knowledge and skills from generation to generation, also shape the worldview of young people. Folk pedagogy serves to preserve and enrich cultural heritage by instilling cultural values, beliefs, and practices in the educational process. In addition, it develops a sense of identity and belonging, allowing young people to understand their roots and traditions more deeply. Therefore, the study of educational traditions in folk pedagogy is of great importance in developing the worldview of education. REFERENCES 1.
