compe ing wi h o he o e s and emains benea h he desi ed numbe s. Alongside, he disco e y o
oil banks asho e has aised he hopes on majo e enues, si ua ion ha e en hough s ill in p ocess

be ween a small eli e and he p e alen dep i ed popula ion (F ynas, Wood, Oli ei a, 2003;
Weszkalnys, 2009).
