नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 में हिन्दी भाषा का दृष्टिकोण
Abstract
राष्ट्र निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में भाषा की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है, विशेषकर भारत जैसे बहुभाषी राष्ट्र में। हिन्दी एक संपर्क भाषा के रूप में राष्ट्रीय एकता, सांस्कृतिक संरक्षण और शैक्षिक सशक्तिकरण की धुरी है। नई शिक्षा नीति (NEP-2020) मातृभाषा व स्थानीय भाषाओं में शिक्षण को प्रोत्साहित कर हिन्दी की प्रासंगिकता को और अधिक मजबूत करती है। उच्च शिक्षा, तकनीकी व डिजिटल संसाधनों में हिन्दी के संवर्धन से यह केवल सांस्कृतिक नहीं बल्कि ज्ञान-विज्ञान और शोध की भी भाषा बन रही है। यद्यपि अंग्रेज़ी के वर्चस्व और गुणवत्तापूर्ण हिन्दी संसाधनों की कमी जैसी चुनौतियाँ मौजूद हैं, फिर भी गुणवत्तापूर्ण शैक्षिक सामग्री, अनुवाद, डिजिटलीकरण और शिक्षक-प्रशिक्षण जैसे उपाय हिन्दी को वैश्विक स्तर पर भी स्थापित कर सकते हैं। इस प्रकार हिन्दी भाषा न केवल शिक्षा और शोध की सशक्त आधारशिला है, बल्कि भारत की सांस्कृतिक शक्ति और विश्व पटल पर उसकी पहचान की धुरी भी है।
