वर्धा जिल्ह्यातील महिला कृषी श्रमिकांसाठी सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना: अंमलबजावणी व परिणामकारकता
Abstract
सारांश भारतीय ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था कृषीप्रधान असून, या क्षेत्रातील महिला श्रमिकांचे योगदान महत्त्वाचे आहे, तरी त्यांच्या जीवनमानात असुरक्षितता आढळते. केंद्र व राज्य शासनाच्या सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनांद्वारे त्यांना आर्थिक, सामाजिक व आरोग्यविषयक आधार देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जातो, मात्र अंमलबजावणीत अनेक मर्यादा आहेत. वर्धा जिल्ह्यातील 131 महिला कृषी श्रमिकांवर आधारित अभ्यासात असे दिसून आले की, जागरूकतेचा अभाव, गुंतागुंतीची प्रक्रिया आणि अपुरी आर्थिक मदत यामुळे केवळ सुमारे 60% महिलांना योजनांचा प्रत्यक्ष लाभ मिळतो. योग्य अंमलबजावणी, पारदर्शकता आणि जागरूकता अभियानाद्वारे या योजनांची परिणामकारकता वाढविता येईल.
