It outlines the sequence of actions a user takes, along with the system's responses, to accomplish that goal. In essence, it's a detailed scenario of how someone would use a product or service to achieve a particular objective. As a repository manager I would like data users to be able to achieve a specific goal or task. What metadata elements can I use to make that possible?
