In today’s context of globalization and digital transformation, the role and significance of interpersonal communication in the educational process is steadily increasing. Interpersonal communication is not only a means of effectively assimilating knowledge, but also an important factor in shaping communicative competence, developing teamwork skills, and nurturing socially active individuals. Therefore, a deep study of the conceptual foundations of developing interpersonal communication in education, as well as the development of didacticmanagerial mechanisms for its effective management, is one of the most urgent issues. Relevance of the Topic. The relevance of this research lies in the fact that properly organizing communicative interactions in the educational process significantly increases learning effectiveness, fosters students’ creative thinking, and develops their ability to make independent decisions. From the perspective of pedagogical management, planning, organizing, and monitoring interpersonal communication in educational practice makes it possible to achieve the desired results. At the same time, the use of innovative didactic approaches, interactive methods, and digital learning tools plays a crucial role in developing communication. This, in turn, contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of education, while also ensuring the professional and personal development of students. First and foremost, it is necessary to focus on the essence of the concept of “personality.” A personality is a being endowed with the abilities of perception, memory, and thinking. The concept of personality is unique to humans, referring to a psychologically developed individual distinguished from others by specific traits and behaviors, and recognized in society through their worldview and conduct. Personality is also the product of both social and interpersonal relations.

Original article 85 Throughout the history of human thought, the relationship between the individual and society has always been one of the most important issues. Various philosophical concepts and views have been formed on this matter. In early periods, the relationship between the individual and society was explained mainly through mythological and religious values, reflecting people’s worldview, knowledge, consciousness, environmental influences, and practical skills, and was expressed through the triad “nature–human–society.” Later, concepts regarding the “human– society” relationship began to emerge and were reflected in religious, philosophical, and mythological views. From a philosophical standpoint, the relationship between “human” and “society” serves to interpret the individual’s place, essence, and attributes within society. Historically, various religious-philosophical schools have advanced different approaches to the problem of personality. For instance, in ancient philosophy, personality was interpreted primarily in terms of social relations, whereas in Christian doctrine, the individual was understood as an “individual substance” – a unique essence symbolizing intellectual capacity and an immaterial soul. In modern philosophy, the French thinker René Descartes laid the foundation for the development of the dualistic idea of personality, in which the concept of “I” became linked with self-awareness. Among numerous definitions, the one offered by American psychologist G. Allport is particularly noteworthy: according to him, personality is a dynamic organization of psychophysical systems within the individual that determine their characteristic patterns of behavior and thought throughout life. Russian psychologist S. L. Rubinstein also provided an indepth perspective on personality: “A person is an individual with unique and unrepeatable traits. Their conscious relation to others and to existence, as well as their engagement in specific activities, show that they are a personality.” The 20th-century psychologist and philosopher Erich Fromm explained personality as follows: “The innate and acquired psychological qualities of an individual determine their uniqueness. Personality traits include temperament, abilities, emotional-volitional qualities, and character. However, the essence of personality manifests itself in orientation, motivations, social relations, attitudes, and, of course, self-attitude.” It is well known that the concept of “personality” has been analyzed not only within psychology but also in other disciplines such as philosophy, sociology, and pedagogy. Preparing future teachers for interpersonal and intercultural relations is one of the most significant pedagogical tasks from the perspective of professional development. Today, the need to identify the mechanisms of influence of interpersonal relations on participants in the educational process is becoming increasingly urgent. Therefore, studying the dynamics of interpersonal relations in the training of future educators is of particular importance. Analysis of studies on various aspects of this issue shows that it is essential to identify still unexplored components of the general problem. Contributions to the study of interpersonal relations have been made by scholars such as R. Safarova, N. Dilova, Sh. Doniyorov, G. M. Andreyev, N. N. Obozova, and L. Ya. Gozman. Researcher N. V. Kazarinova, who analyzed the functions of interpersonal relations, classified them into groups such as informational, emotive, contact, stimulating, coordinating, understanding, teaching, and supportive functions. The formation of personality is largely shaped through the influence of others. Interaction and support provided in the educational process have a significant impact on students’ professional

The role of interpersonal relations in vocational education has been extensively highlighted in the works of N. E. Kasatkina, A. R. Luria, and E. Yu. Klepsova. In addition, the relationship of interpersonal communication with metaprocesses and metasystems of psychological processes has also been investigated by scholars such as A. V. Karpov, I. M. Skityaeva, and S. M. Khalin. As the volume of academic tasks increases, the significance of interpersonal communication also grows. However, under conditions of digital transformation, its scope is diminishing. Consequently, there is an increasing pedagogical need to study the content, nature, and emerging trends of interpersonal relations. As a result, noticeable changes are being observed in the personalities of learners. Research Methodology. This study employed scientific approaches aimed at examining the conceptual foundations and management mechanisms of developing interpersonal communication in the educational process. The methodology was based on the following principles and methods: Theoretical-methodological foundations. The theoretical basis relied on scientific perspectives in pedagogy, management, and communication theories. In particular, pedagogical management concepts, the psychological and didactic characteristics of interpersonal communication, and approaches to enhancing educational effectiveness were taken as a foundation. Analysis and synthesis. Academic literature, international experience, and modern research on the topic were studied, analyzed, and synthesized, which helped identify the conceptual foundations of developing interpersonal communication. Comparative approach. National and international experiences in developing communicative competence in the educational process were compared, allowing the identification of effective mechanisms for managing interpersonal communication. Empirical methods. These included observation (monitoring students’ communicative activity in the learning process); surveys and interviews (to identify communicative challenges among students and teachers); and pedagogical experiments (testing the effectiveness of didactic-managerial mechanisms in practice). Statistical and content analysis. Collected data were processed statistically, and conclusions were drawn on that basis. Additionally, content analysis was used to evaluate the quality and substance of communication processes in education. Methodologically, the study was based on a complex approach that combined theoretical and practical stages. As a result, the conceptual foundations of interpersonal communication development were identified, and didactic and managerial mechanisms to ensure its effective management were developed. Analysis and Results. Theoretical and empirical analyses showed that the issue of developing interpersonal communication in education is multifaceted and complex. First, interpersonal communication was found to be crucial in organizing students’ learning activities, forming their social competencies, strengthening cooperation, and supporting professional development. The study revealed that the conceptual foundations of interpersonal communication development consist of the following:

Original article 87 Psychological foundations – organizing communication based on students’ individual characteristics, temperament, and personality traits. Social foundations – the role of communication in reflecting social relations, forming social values, and ensuring adaptability in the cultural environment. Pedagogical foundations – effective organization of communication in the learning process, establishing subject-to-subject relations between teacher and students. Furthermore, the analyses showed that didactic-managerial mechanisms play a decisive role in managing communication development. These include: Didactic mechanisms: strengthening collaboration through learning tasks, enhancing personal activity through interactive methods, and developing communicative competence. Managerial mechanisms: teacher-led management of the learning process, monitoring communication dynamics, and fostering a balanced collaborative environment among learners. The findings demonstrated that developing interpersonal communication in the educational process enhances students’ social activity and shapes their professional and personal qualities. Modern didactic approaches, the use of digital learning environments, and the organization of group activities emerged as the most effective tools for managing communication. The effectiveness of interpersonal communication development is directly linked to the level of mutual trust, openness, and cultural tolerance between teachers and students. Thus, the development and management of interpersonal communication in education require a systematic approach. In this process, the integration of didactic and managerial mechanisms provides opportunities for the effective formation of students’ social and professional competencies.

Original article 90 The didactic-managerial mechanisms ensure the practical development and regulation of communication in the educational process. Didactic mechanisms include strengthening cooperation through learning tasks, enhancing personal activity by applying interactive methods, and developing communicative competence. Managerial mechanisms involve teacher-led regulation of the learning process, monitoring the dynamics of communication, and fostering a healthy collaborative environment among students. Thus, this diagram demonstrates the integration of theoretical foundations and practical management mechanisms into a unified system for developing interpersonal communication in the educational process. Such an approach plays a vital role in enhancing educational effectiveness, fostering students’ social cooperation skills, and shaping professional competencies. Conclusion. The conducted analysis shows that developing interpersonal communication in the educational process not only enriches students’ social experience but also serves as an important factor in their professional formation. The conceptual foundations of interpersonal communication—based on psychological, social, and pedagogical approaches—significantly increase educational effectiveness and help learners realize their individual potential. Didacticmanagerial mechanisms, in turn, act as effective tools for the practical organization and regulation of communication in the educational process. When the development of communication in education is integrated with interactive methods, group tasks, and modern technologies, qualities such as social activity, professional competence, collaboration, and responsibility are formed in students. In this process, the teacher’s managerial role, pedagogical culture, and organizational skills are of decisive importance. In conclusion, interpersonal communication development should be considered one of the priority directions of the educational process. This is because it contributes not only to the allround development of students’ personalities but also directly supports the advancement of education to a new qualitative stage in the context of digital transformation.
