Read the latest below: The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics Data Hub (RADx® Data Hub) announces today major functionality and design upgrades to its cloud-enabled platform. These upgrades will provide researchers more dynamic access to explore data from over 150 studies from NIH RADx Initiative programs. Notable new capabilities associated with this upgrade include: Researchers will now be able to perform study search and discover study overviews without having to create an account or log in. Researchers can now view extensive and informative metadata about studies to inform their research planning decisions. Researchers will be able to access an even more robust analytics platform with tools such as Jupyter notebooks, R, Python, and SAS Viya.  Subscribe Past Issues Translate To learn more about RADx Data Hub functionality and design upgrades, click here. The NIH announced NOT-OD-24-026: Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Advance Data Science Approaches Through Secondary Data Analysis to Reveal Scientific Insights of COVID-19 Testing Technologies (R21). The expiration date is July 16, 2024. This NOSI supports secondary data analysis, addressing questions and advancing scientific inquiry related to SARS-CoV-2 through existing data resources in the RADx Data Hub, including and in conjunction with other data resources. Researchers can access data from four unique RADx programs: RADx Underserved Populations (RADx-UP), RADx Tech, RADx Radical (RADx-rad), and RADx Digital Health Technologies (RADx-DHT).
