भारतीय ज्ञान प्रणाली और आहार: एक स्वस्थ जीवन प्रणाली
Abstract
भारतीय ज्ञान प्रणाली (Indian Knowledge System - IKS) एक समग्र जीवनदृष्टि प्रदान करती है, जिसमें आहार केवल शारीरिक पोषण नहीं, बल्कि मानसिक, आध्यात्मिक और सामाजिक संतुलन का प्रमुख आधार है। वैदिक साहित्य, आयुर्वेद, योगदर्शन और अन्य शास्त्रीय ग्रंथों में आहार को ऋतु, व्यक्ति की प्रकृति (दोष), समय और जीवनचर्या के अनुसार ग्रहण करने की संस्तुति दी गई है। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार आहार त्रिविध होता है—सात्त्विक, राजसिक और तामसिक—जो मन और शरीर दोनों को प्रभावित करता है। वर्तमान समय में जब आधुनिक जीवनशैली से जुड़ी बीमारियाँ जैसे मोटापा, मधुमेह, उच्च रक्तचाप और मानसिक तनाव बढ़ रहे हैं, तब भारतीय पारंपरिक आहार प्रणाली की पुनः प्रासंगिकता सामने आई है। यह शोध भारतीय ज्ञान प्रणाली में आहार संबंधी सिद्धांतों का विश्लेषण करता है और यह प्रदर्शित करता है कि किस प्रकार यह प्रणाली एक स्वस्थ, संतुलित और रोग-प्रतिरोधक जीवनशैली को बढ़ावा देती है। साथ ही यह आधुनिक पोषण विज्ञान के साथ तुलनात्मक अध्ययन करते हुए, भारतीय आहार दर्शन को एक व्यवहारिक और वैज्ञानिक विकल्प के रूप में प्रस्तुत करता है।
