In the world, in recent years, the desire to create films rich in computer animation has intensified, and serious demands and complex tasks are being set for animators. The main thing is that in animation programs it is possible to create any actions and effects. For the current era animation screen, special effects are fully used when creating images, images, events, various actions. Through this, it is possible to fly in the magical world, change shape and restore. As a result of the work carried out to develop the industry in our republic, animation films are created in 2D and 3D technologies using special effects. In the last decade, films have begun to be created in Uzbek animation using modern technologies, in particular, special effects in computer graphics. Taking into account the most representative examples created during the past period of national animation, the future in ten to fifteen years has completely shifted to the creation of SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL CONFERENCE “DECORATIVE AND APPLIED ART OF THE TURKIC WORLD: HISTORY, MODERNITY, AND FUTURE PROSPECTS”, OCTOBER 23, 2025 123 films in Uzbek animation films using modern technologies, in particular, computer special effects. In our republic, a number of animation films have been created using special effects by existing private Animation Studios. In particular, the fact that studios create films rich in special effects, and the demand for it increases, is developing healthy competition between existing studios. This results in a growing number of special effects-rich animation films. Examples of this include “The Adventures of the Sage” (2014), “Rustam and Said” (2015), “The youngest butter” (2017), “The brave cook” (2018), “Auto adventures” (2018), “The patient grocery” (2021), “The Great Silk Road painted Wanderer” (2022). Art director Nozim Tulyakhojaev’s “The brave cook” talks about moral qualities such as kindness, mutual help, love, honesty. In the character, action and dialogue of the heroes of the work, the actor was influenced by the sound rhythm, special effects and music. This aspect is especially reflected in the character, behavior, mimicry, emotionality and intonation of the protagonists. In the film exposition, the story that took place in the King’s Castle, performing the function of a knot in the work, finds a solution in the development of events. In the development of plot events, the image of space (background) is exchanged. The space in the King’s Castle is very bright by the artist Alexey Gvardin: it is mainly depicted through signal colors such as light green, yellow. It quickly attracts the attention of the viewer on the one hand. In expressing character movement, character and mood in the film, special effects and music enhanced the touch as an additional medium. In the course of events, heroes with genuine human qualities achieve their goal, and badnafs, selfish ones receive punishment. The fact that the creators used special effects tools in this animation film sufficiently showed a different result from the previous works of the creators, namely, “Farhod and Shirin”, “The epic about the flying horse”, “The sword is a hero”. The special effects used in drawing-computer animation came from the possibility of computer programs, expressed through the skill of an animator and a fitter. While the past period in traditional multiplicity saw the creators face a number of difficulties in creating special effects, today such tools are lightly performed with the help of a computer. The ability to use ready-made visual effects available in computer programs shows a higher level of 3D animation compared to 2D animation. An example of this is the film “The Adventures of Akltoy” (2014), created in 3D technology by a private studio “Cinema service”. Based on the project of Studio creators Dilshod Dostmukhamedov and the script of Muazzam Ibrokhimova, Zulfiya Yuldasheva, Elmurod Shoimkulov, this film is intended for school-age audiences (7-11), and the idea of the work is aimed at educating the younger generation as mature, educated, broad-worldview personalities of our society. The incentive to learn foreign language is strong in this. The film focuses on a contemporary theme of how children of school age are less fond of the book and focus their main time on images of events related to playing computer games. In the plot of the work and the pictorial representation of the characters, the colors were applied in their place. For example, plot events take place in two spaces, that is, in the aboveground bright Colorite, the events of the underground plot are depicted in dark, achromatic colors. This work, created in computer graphics, is expressed in a dynamic that attracts the attention of children, Rich in interesting events. While the initial frames animated the atmosphere of space in bright Colorite, rich in colors, the space in subsequent frames was SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL CONFERENCE “DECORATIVE AND APPLIED ART OF THE TURKIC WORLD: HISTORY, MODERNITY, AND FUTURE PROSPECTS”, OCTOBER 23, 2025 124 depicted on the contrary, exaggerated through dark colors, including such colors as blue, black, green, brown. The characters are modeled in 3D graphics, though characteristically distinct, but have similar aspects in their imagery. Educational films like this will help to educate the spirituality of the younger generation in a national character and master the foreign language from a young age.he characters are modeled in 3D graphics, though characteristically distinct, but have similar aspects in their imagery. Educational films like this will help to educate the spirituality of the younger generation in a national character and master the foreign language from a young age. But with a focus on the pictorial structure of the film’s protagonists, while the characters were modeled in 3D graphics, these two characters were embodied in a very close-knit image. For example, the structure of the eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth, hair and torso of Achilles and Olympus is the same. They differed only through their dress and character. This situation showed that their characteristic points in appearance did not find a full-fledged solution. But the further creation of films in this direction encourages the spirituality of the younger generation to be brought up in a national character and to assimilate the foreign language from the very beginning. This film showed creative and technical transformation and innovation as a post-experimental work of the studio, created in 3D technology. In later years, special effects are used more widely in films made in 3D technology. A vivid example of this is the animated film “Rustam and Said” (2015) by the private studio “Pomidor Intertaiment”. This film is a topical topic for all times, in which the attitude, respect for the elderly of young people was reflected in the behavior of the heroes. In the course of the events of the film, The negative character of two friends Rustam and said was clearly and intelligibly expressed in an interesting plot, what consequences the shortcomings in the Hulk lead to. The first frames of the film were expressed in a unique way-that is, the background in the frame is in 2D, and the characters in volumetric 3D. The general plan is entered through the image of the architecture and landscape of the city of Tashkent. The fine details of the work have been meticulously found by the filmmaker to be created in an image close to naturalness. The frames are enriched with visual effects, and the impressionability is achieved in the image of events. In recent years, interest in the use of computer effects in our National Films has increased, and films based on modern programs have been created in a number of 3D technologies by the Animation Studios “DIP animation (Pomidor Intertaiment)”, “Astir animation”, “White Line”. Among these, the Astir animation studio has taken the lead and is creating films on modern, current topics for our young people today. The studio’s earlier created cartoons, such as “Greedy Grocer”, “Travel along the Great Silk Road”, after “Auto Adventures”, showed a change in artistic and technical aspect-that is, growth was felt anchayin. The technical skill of the creators during the creation of the work prevailed. In this respect, he twice received the Nomination “Best Animated Film” at the “Oltin Humo” Film Festival, organized by the Union of Cinematographers of Uzbekistan. As a conclusion, in the period of independence, technological opportunities took a leading place in the creation of modern animated films. The introduction of computer technology brought a number of facilities for professionals in the field, attracting an audience with its unique interpretation of special effects in its full, impressive representation of image color, character movement and character, and increased its interest in computer animation. When creating animated films through modern computer technology, it is necessary to build on the traditional SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL CONFERENCE “DECORATIVE AND APPLIED ART OF THE TURKIC WORLD: HISTORY, MODERNITY, AND FUTURE PROSPECTS”, OCTOBER 23, 2025 125 style of national animation. This will be the basis for strengthening the artistic base of modern films and perfecting the level of quality. For today’s viewer, it was seen that it is necessary to seriously focus on the issues of working on modern works, in particular, dramaturgy in the creation of modern national cartoons, working on thorough scripts, sending fantasy-strong artists to internships in the world’s leading studios in the preparation of animators, regular presentation of animated films with the participation of industry experts, List of literature used 1.
