RESILIENT CITIZENSHIP (RECITE) Background: Extreme weather events are among the top global risks. Highlight that traditional top-down response often fails to meet the urgency and scale of modern disasters. Project goal: Improve crisis management governance by investigating conditions, challenges and opportunities for collaboration, coordination, learning and reconfiguration between authorities, first responders, civil society organisations and citizens.
