व्यक्तित्व का अर्थ और किस प्रकार मनुष्य मानसिक विकास में परिसर के प्रभाव से विकसित करता है।व्यक्तित्व को प्रभावित करनेवाले तत्व।वंशानुगत,वातावरण,संवेगिक तत्व से मानव अपने विकास की गति को परिवर्तित करते हुए विकास की ओर अग्रसर होता है।भारतीय द्रुष्टिकोण में व्यक्तित्व आत्म-ज्ञान का ही दूसरा नाम है।
