In the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 5, 2020, PF6079 on the approval of the strategy “digital Uzbekistan — 2030” and measures for its effective implementation, new requirements for the educational system for the development of digital education are laid. The need to create opportunities to master digital skills by ensuring digital education is provided at all stages of education [1]. It also plays a special role in the system of professional education in solving the problem of providing the economy with personnel with digital technologies. To ensure a high level of digital literacy, it is necessary to change the forms, methods and technologies of training and introduce new approaches to the educational system [2]. Today, modern information and communication technologies are increasingly entering various spheres of activity of the educational system. This is facilitated, on the one hand, by the need for informatization of society and training of qualified personnel, on the other hand, by the widespread availability of new digital technologies and software. The activities of educational institutions are considered to be largely dependent on how quickly teachers and management have access to new educational information, analyze and process them, as well as communicate them to students. At the same time, information technology based on the use of computer and network tools is combined with the term “modern information technology”. The use of modern digital educational technologies should lead to the achievement of qualitatively new educational results, the improvement of the effectiveness of management activities and the acceleration of the process of gradual acquisition of knowledge, skills and qualifications of students. The considered definitions of concepts related to the digital learning environment are an integral part of the implementation of the digital learning environment. At the same time, we consider it necessary to consider the definitions of concepts related to the digital educational environment from other regulatory legal acts. In our scientific research work, we consider it necessary to consider the definition of a digital educational environment not only from the point of view of regulatory documents, but also from the point of view of scientific knowledge. The aim of developing a digital education environment is to ensure the availability of quality education throughout the country by creating a unified education space and creating a modern digital education environment as a digital infrastructure, e-services and an approved public digital education content system (package) that strengthens the “traditional” school. Analyzing scientific articles on the problem of creating a digital educational environment, we can highlight the peculiarities of the digital educational environment in comparison with traditional education. One of the important advantages of the digital learning environment is the distributed nature of the learning process for the convenience of Education. A significant part of the material is presented not in classes, but with the help of Internet technologies. At the same time, in the digital educational environment, it is important for the student to know exactly what knowledge, skills and qualifications he will have, and on this basis, the formation of an individual educational trajectory. Next, we will look at the structure of the digital educational environment and how each structural element affects the development of digitization in the educational system. Among the options for updating the material and technical base of educational institutions and equipping classrooms, equipment for equipping the teacher's workplace (laptop, computers), as well as personal computers for students, can be used in various buildings with a training place for organizing educational activities. Modern information technology can be used in various educational disciplines, as well as the use of digital educational resources in all disciplines. 4. Improving the skills of teachers of educational institutions means improving the level of digital literacy and the formation of competencies aimed at teaching in a new format using digital educational resources.
