This dataset contains the numerical output for the study “Ocean iron fertilization by sea-level enhanced mid-ocean ridge volcanism” XC and YC are the horizontal coordinates and RC is the vertical coordinate for MITgcm 0000002010 - 1 month 0000021930 - 1 year 0000109470 - 5 years 0000218970 - 10 years 5 variables are contained in each output, which include: Potential temperature, Salinity, zonal velocity, meridional velocity and passive tracer concentration. Kong_etal_modelvisualization.m contains the code to visualize the output. Kong_etal_1Dmodel.m contains code to reproduce the 1D advection-diffusion run. All the data.* files are customized source codes for MITgcm.
