Termez State University of Engineering and Agrotechnologies, Department of Zooengineering, Veterinary Medicine and Sericulture Abstract: The prevalence of hemonchoses in the "Janub Surxon chorvadori" farm and private sheep and goats of the population of the Jarkurgan on district of the Surkhandarya region was studied. For the treatment of the disease, Nilzash s forte Albendazole 10% and Alvet granules were tested. Keywords: Trichostrongylidae, Haemonchus contortus, helminth, fulleborn, darling, macrohelmintoscopy. Introduction. Hemonchosis is a widespread helminthic disease among goats, sheep, cattle, camels, reindeer, and some other wild animals, caused by the nematode Haemonchus contortus, belonging to the Trichostrongylidae family, primarily parasitizing their rumen and intestines. Haemonchus contortus is a filamentous, reddish nematode, and is unisexual. Sheep and goats of different ages contract hemonchias in autumn, winter, and spring. The physiological characteristics of animals with hemonchosis decrease, they become weakened, and the function of the digestive organs is disrupted: the animal becomes diarrheal, loses weight, and its mucous membranes turn pale. Body temperature remains unchanged, sometimes rising to 40-40.5 degrees. Due to metabolic disorders, animal wool becomes dry, coarse, dirty, easily removed, and loses wool in certain areas of the body. Swelling occurs under the jaws and in the chest of sick animals. At the end of the illness, the animal lies for a long time and becomes completely weakened, resulting in decreased blood flow and accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation reaction (ESR).
newjournal.org zenodo.org 2 If, before the disease worsens, the livestock is provided with nutritious and highquality feed, well-cared for, and disinfected with parasites through treatment, the animal will recover quickly. Otherwise, as a result of excessive weight loss and bleeding, up to 80% of sheep can die during the autumn, winter, and spring seasons. Based on the foregoing, we tested some drugs under production conditions on sheep and goats infected with hemonchosis. Schemes for the planned implementation of deworming measures during diseases have been developed. We determined that the methods of application of the abovementioned anthelmintic drugs in various variants, their different application in the regions, play an important role. Materials and methods: Research work was carried out in the "Laboratory of Bacteriology, Parasitology and Mycology" of the "Janub Surkhan Chorvadori" farm and residents of the Jarkurgan district of Surkhandarya region, as well as in the State Center for Animal Disease Diagnostics and Food Safety of the Surkhandarya region. Our research work was conducted on private sheep and goats of the residents of the "Janub Surkhan Chorvadori" farm in the Jarkurgan district of the Surkhandarya region. A total of 60 sheep and goats were disinfected. Results and their analysis: To determine the degree of infection of sheep and goats with the causative agents of hemonchosis in the farm, 60 head of sheep and goats from the farm and the population were isolated and 20 head were disinfected with Nilzash s forte, 20 heads with 10% albendazole suspension, and 20 heads with Alvet granules. Feces from sheep and goats were collected and examined using t Groups Animal head number Drug name Applicatio n dose The medicine helminth eggs influence The medicine effectivenes s

When examining 20 heads of sheep and goats in the 2nd group of the population, pathogens of hemonchosis and wasps were found in 4 heads, and the degree of infection of sheep and goats with hemonchosis was 20.0%. As can be seen from the table, in sheep and goats receiving Nilzash s forte and 10% albendazole, the effectiveness of the drug against helminth eggs was 95%. The effectiveness of the drug on helminth eggs in goats receiving alvet granules was 90%. Conclusions. 1. In order to study the degree of infection of sheep and goats with hemonchosis, it was established that the private sheep and goats of the "Janub Surkhan Chorvadori" farm and residents of the Jarkurgan district of Surkhandarya region were infected with helminths from 20% to 30%. 2. It was established that among the tested preparations for combating hemonchosis in sheep and goats, Nilzash s forte, a 10% albendazole suspension, has a higher dose and is more effective than Alvet granules.
