Assembly of the top lid camaera 1. Make the lid with 3D printing using Nylon X. 2. Make electronic cassettes with 3D printing using ESD (electrostatic discharge) filaments. 3. Install cylinder nuts into the camera box with a drill. 4. Connect pairs of cylinder nuts (M2-0.4 5 mm length x 3.5 mm OD female threaded insert, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LBQRJLZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o 07_s00) with thin copper wire (26-gauge bare copper wire, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YHVN74Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_ o02_s00) so that they can conduct currents. Carve a groove in the cassettes to bury the wires inside. 5. Heat up the connected inserts and knock into the holes in the camera box. 6. Push the raspberry Pi Zero W chip into the chip box. (Optional: Drill holes in the 4 corners of the chip box to secure the chip with mounting nuts) 7. Place infrared LED lights into the camera box 8. Connect the camera (160 FOV fisheye camera, https://www.amazon.com/Raspberry-Camera-Module-160FOVFisheye/dp/B083XMGSVP) to the raspberry Pi chip 9. Push the camera into the camera box. Carefully secure it with metal screws (M20.4 4 mm length, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000NHXNPY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_ o08_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1). 10. Plug in the power cable for the raspberry chip and make sure the camera and LEDs can power on. Adjust the wire connection between the nuts to ensure reliable contact. 11. Slide in the cover pieces for the camera box and the chip box to close them. 12. Install the electronic cassettes onto the lid. (Optional: Push in the tightening parts to further secure them in place) 13. Flash a SD card with the motioneye image. Edit wpa_supplicant.conf and static_ip.conf to match the WIFI settings. Edit hostname file to update the name for the camera. 14. Insert the SD card into the raspberry Pi chip and power on. Wait for a few minutes for it to initialize. 15. Make sure your computer and the chip are connecting to the same WIFI. Open a browser and navigate to the IP address set in the static_ip.conf. The web interface for motioneye should show up. Log in with default credentials (Username: admin; password: <empty>) to set up the camera.
