Under normal conditions, active species of intracellular oxygen are regulated by various enzyme systems that ensure the stability of biochemical homeostasis. Oxidative stress is considered as a violation of the balance between pro-oxidants and antioxidants in the body. Recently, among researchers, oxidative stress has been studied as one of the most urgent problems in the world. Another important reason for the development of oxidative stress is the reduction of antioxidant protection. Chronic hyperglycemia creates conditions for glycosylation, inactivation of antioxidants and, as a result, oxidative stress. Aim to study. The effect of MDA , catalasa, and other inside of tissues and organs. Materials and methods. Development of research methods (creation of the DM model, determination of the dose of drugs used as anesthetics, blood collection from the heart cavity, removal of lymph from the breast lymph flow, determination of the dose of drugs added to the treatment complex, etc.) (Control group).Study of sugar level, bone metabolism markers, coagulation cascade and oxidizing stress indicators in blood and lymph, as well as determination of lymph flow rate in DM modeled rabbits (Control group). During the combined treatment of lantus solostar, angioflux, and vitamin D of DM modeled rabbits, the study of sugar level, bone metabolism markers, coagulation cascade and oxidative stress indicators in blood and lymph, as well as determination of lymph flow rate (experimental group ) . Results. During diabetes created in the experiment, it was determined that the level of sugar, the markers characterizing the metabolism in the bone, the levels of the coagulation cascade and oxidative stress indicators were subjected to changes in the animal's blood and phage, and the weakening of LAS from the breast lymph flow was determined. Conclusion. During the administration of vitamin D to animals with diabetes, in addition to the decrease in the level of sugar in the animal's blood and lymph, it was determined that the levels of diabetic osteopathy markers, LAF system and oxidative stress indicators were relatively close to the norm compared to the corresponding indicators in the previous series of the study. .
