Abstract
Original data corresponding to the PNAS (2025) publication titled "S-cone specific circuitry in the outer plexiform layer of a cone-dominant mammal." Data is organized by type: Reconstructions, Electrophysiology, Electroretinography, and Immunohistochemistry. Additonal software may be required to view data files. Where applicable, README files have been included with brief explanations. A 3D PDF is also included that allows customizable interaction with the reconstructions presented in this publication. Downloading the file and viewing it in Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for interactivity, and you may be prompted to "enable" or "trust" the 3D media first.
