New one like the solid state battery as a new innovation will be used in EV in future widely, which may become a high-light for our scientists to process continuously. At the same time, the scientist needs to publish their achievement continually to journal with high impact factor for the readers to know the situation and feasibility. The author like scientist in college would complete the investigation content and form the formal achievement in the sake of communicating with readers with wielding English skill well. Thereby the correct and clarified information might transfer into the readers acknowledgement who has an interest to know the meaning from papers. Therein the published one will overview from the author readers through editor help. We should pay more attention to the innovation aspects which may take up some new idea and paths. As for scientist he needs to search for continuously the new project for the sake of further searching for the deeper and wider field all the time. Therein the high-tech product like new energy auto will have occupied promise future as known by now because its sale and expected amount can attain an achievement with total expectation of 1,200 ten thousand ones in 2000 at USA explained that innovative ones to have a large market requirement. On the other side, others like hybrid Electric auto has also some searchable value in near future since its advantage has evident proofs. Thereby in cool region like winter it is said that the electric battery will meet the contracting efficiency somewhat, the being entry north market there will be barrier to enter the electric auto into their market currently. Introduction In the current society, the high-technique products will be dominated in others to become a strong force to push society to develop continuously and sustainably, so the scientist and scholars will become an important factor to play in every place to proceed the relevant research and study on the hot point frequently. So that publishing achievement papers may provide a strong force to support the future life-level like climate change and public sanitation for benefiting the world human in future. We should go on searching for innovation papers include in the latest hightechnique product research like clean energy and new one to push many lots of skill to make different cutting-edge field products continually. As we know the current climate problem will be derived from the contaminating factory and automobile, so the new energy should occupy the first significant position for our scholar & scientist and experts to sustainably search and make measure to solve it from variation views which may help us to think about more factors to replace the problems mutually. We might align the measure from one view to different one to proceed simulate to judge the first and the second even third method to solve it for the sake of once happening the problem accident there will be another method to replace it in urgency. [1~5] So we put our eyes too long not only viewing the current status but also looking at the longer years like fairy tale cinema which provide future world several hundred years later. We may interest in those splendid scenery and consider the usefulness and make some experiments to trial the feasibility, like the flight automobile which pass by the high buildings and make a dormitory in the one. There will not earth surface auto and all the auto can become flight one which is a future plan by USA fairy cinema maker. There may be not contamination gas and all of atmosphere is electric power and hydrogen fuel even small nuclear reaction pile as an engine. So we must emphasize the current energy exploitation and found so as to predict to make a plan to prepare the future infrastructure and write more paper with innovation method to arouse the future contribution. With the GDP (gross domestic product) enhancement we should not avoid to enter the ideal world with many robots in AI (artificial intelligence) software and automobiles with intelligent driving time many decades years later, so we prepare to afford the controlling skill to fix robots logical life and automobile matters with those high energy fuel. As to the former the controlling will be proceeding from now on and its equipment needs to enter our live life many years later and the latter will experience safe driving course with no accident. Those problems will must think about by us in advance or the error ones and accident may occur by then. [6~8] 2. Discussions The qualified one may be appointed to be a associate professor and senior researcher to take a burden to educate the MS (Master of Science) & PhD (Philosophy of Doctor) degree continuously. Because they had some and much opportunities to complete the relevant projects singly and collaboratively which belongs to the high-tech product experimental and theoretical deduction. Thereby those ones includes in many innovative methods and calculations correspondingly. At the same time, the reports and papers will be submitted to the Fund commission which may be speared through the relevant scientists. Meanwhile, the data with GDP and sale number would be analyzed for the sake of requesting according behavior & its following judgment by our scientist and fellows sustainably because they can grasp the economic phenomenon and its following explanation definitely and absolutely in advance through their endeavour in post-doctorate and after work-stations. 2.1 The relationship between GDP and scientists The scientist and GDP will have effectiveness between them since the ones are to be affected mutually on the view of connection by them, like the former may boost the latter progress while the latter will enhance the former support with capital and directive instruction. So we should pay the closest view-light to them for the sake of causing the collaboration by them to complete the doublewin situation. The former may write his paper with periodic time like two months and publish it on famed international journal and publisher which might cause more readers to see and investigate derived from their research direction and interest. Certainly the more scientist papers is going to affect the high-tech skill &product somewhat so the academic achievement will realize the industry, learn, research &usefulness etc. joints as early as possible. Meanwhile, the GDP is about to provide much equipment and researcher award etc. so as to rapidly record the reality experiments relevant items as soon as possible. In addition, the education fee will be enlarged for the sake of promoting the student and researchers in maker theoretic level which may become a difficult joint for us to induce. Anyway, we should adopt correspondingly educated book to drill them according to the actually different points. That will become a long period to educate a qualified graduate and researcher. [9~19] 2.2 China Scientist Tao Zhang This time let us introduce one of the luareates Tao Zhang who born in 1963 at Shanxi province joined the college entrance examination at his 15 years old and then he was recruited by Shanxi university of Science &technology. After he graduated from there at his 19 years old he taught in a middle school then he decided to go on studying so he was enrolled by China Academy of Dalian Insitute of Chemical-Physics acquired the Master and Doctor degree in 1983~1989. After that he went abroad Britain Birmingham University scholarly and he worked in that institute being in charge of assistant researcher, vice researcher & researcher whose years were only 32 in turns. [1] In addition, he has taken charge of President in the institute in 2007~2017 and taken charge of Vice President in China Academy as well. Meanwhile, the Clarivate citation laureates are proceeding to select scientists by Clarivate each year. It indicated to reward a lot of having important influence’s high citation laureates which regarded them as promise acquiring Nobel’s Prize. Those scholars produced deep influence to the world and its chasing knowledge’s insistence spiritual which may persist in exciting new generation researchers continuously. According to that web-site from 1970 to 2023 the total published papers have exceeded 60 million ones wherein the ones high citation times reaching one thousand attain 35 thousand however the ones exceeding two thousand have 9.7 thousand only. [1] Therefore, promoting high citation rate ones beyond several thousand times will be paid most attention so that there will be more amd more high citation papers can be exhibited in future which may become a destination. On the other hand, the connection with Nobel’s Prize can be largely advocated through the selecting the high-level papers to approach the reality means which will affect us longer and more deeply is going to be preferred. 2.3 The GDP relevant items for clarifying its effectiveness The relevant GDP factors will include in educating in university &experience, enhanceing high-level employees, high-technique product as shown in Figure 1 where education may play an important role in initiating the employment and high-tech products commonly. Meanwhile, the high-technique product will directly affect the GDP increase and amount at all with mutual operation. Thereby the left will be through human &skill while the right may be through process &materials easily. In 2024 China semi-solid cell producing amount will expect to be about 7GWh while in Jan.~May, 2025 the solid one extended producing beyond 50GWh with totally regulated plan with above 450GMh and actually invested to producing energy beyond 25GWh, so it will be expected that in 2030 it may exceed 65GWh. In the view of technology the recently continual vibration and regulation happened so today the impacted height and declining &contracted. On the other side, the atmosphere contamination will cause the climate change and sanitation like former’s flood and forest fire disaster and latter’s public health including COVID (corona virus disease)-19 formerly. Therefore, we need to pay our attention to the atmosphere problem that might cause a series of accident for our experts and general man to adopt the correct path so as to prevent from that matter in advance. Not only upon experts but also general men the advocating action would consider the current met situation thoroughly and make some simulation scenery to image the harmful accident which bring out what result and its tactics at all like cinema and drama that may be an innovation breakthrough. 3.
