The production process of an ecotechnology for the remediation of tailing ponds
Abstract
The purpose of this presentation is to catalyze cooperation between biologists and ecologists from different disciplinary backgrounds to develop ecotechnologies needed for the management of mining areas. While such interdisciplinary projects occur on an ad hoc basis, usually under the coordination of geologists or mining engineers, as controlled by market demands in the sector, we provide here a more structured approach suited to academic communities where human resource development for industrial projects takes place. The point is to reduce the transaction costs of future interdisciplinarity by communicating two resources of general interest: an adapted analytical framework for objectively assessing the maturity level of the ecotechnology (from TRL1 to TRL6), and an example of good practices for validating each maturity level using publications and publicly available datasets. The presentation is in Romanian, but it includes QR codes for English-language scientific products and for the web pages of research projects.
