Conclusion/Recommenda ions

inancial suppo o he p o essional de elopmen o HEI manage ial pe sonnel. The main
p oblems iden i ied—lack o anspa ency, low a ge ing, and limi ed adap a ion o in e na ional
s anda ds—ha e demons a ed he necessi y o econside ing inancial suppo as a s a egic
in es men [1, 3].
