Аннотация
В данной статье рассматриваются теоретические основы, следственное
применение и доказательственное значение криминалистической баллистики как
специализированной области судебной экспертизы, посвященной анализу
огнестрельного оружия, боеприпасов и баллистических взаимодействий. В
исследовании рассматривается методологическая эволюция баллистической
экспертизы от классической сравнительной микроскопии до современной 3D-
визуализации и алгоритмической реконструкции поверхности. Обобщая научные
исследования, полевые наблюдения и сравнительный анализ баллистических
инструментов, статья освещает интерпретационные, механические и юридические
аспекты баллистической идентификации. Результаты показывают, что строгая
методологическая дисциплина в сочетании с проверенными технологическими
инструментами повышает точность установления связи между огнестрельным
оружием и снарядом, позволяет реконструировать поведение огнестрельного
оружия и укрепляет судебно-медицинскую надежность баллистических
заключений в судебных разбирательствах.

INTRODUCTION

lacking eyewi ness es imony o digi al su eillance. The ballis ic signa u e is o en he

echniques. The me hodological amewo k consis ed o h ee in e connec ed s ages.
The i s s age in ol ed a sys ema ic e iew o classical and con empo a y ballis ic
p o ocols, including AFTE s anda ds, ENFSI guidelines, and ISO ecommenda ions
conce ning digi al e idence. This e iew iden i ied c i ical me hodological componen s:
p ojec ile eco e y, chain-o -cus ody documen a ion, mic oscopic examina ion, digi al
imaging, and quan i a i e su ace compa ison.
The second s age consis ed o empi ical analysis based on 40 p ojec iles and 30
ca idge cases i ed om i ea ms o a ying calibe s and manu ac u ing classes. Each
p ojec ile was subjec ed o h ee documen a ion modali ies:
1. con en ional op ical mic oscopy,
2. digi al high- esolu ion mic oscopy,
3. 3D opog aphic su ace scanning.

adap o mode n challenges by s eng hening alida ion s udies, de eloping s anda dized
digi al wo k lows, and enhancing expe aining in bo h scien i ic analysis and cou oom
communica ion.
