apply insigh s o imp o e quali y, e iciency, and esponsi eness (IBM, 2021; SAP, 2023). In his
con ex , obus da abases and da a collec ion sys ems o m he backbone o ope a ional success,
while s a is ical me hodologies like S a is ical P ocess Con ol, Lean and Six Sigma emain i al
ools o achie ing s a is ical e iciency and con inuous imp o emen . The in eg a ed ecosys em
