This paper provides a mathematical and historical proof that “Time” is merely the friction caused by the reduction of perceptual dimensions (4 → 3→2→1). We prove that the only solution to the current Game Theoretic deadlock (The Dictator Trap) is not a new policy or technology, but a phase transition of consciousness. This transition is defined as Divine Creation: an emergent, unbounded state of “Newness” generated when the collective human mind synchronizes its feeling at “True 0.” 1 The Ontology: The Physics of the Mind Axiom 1. The Mind is not a generator of thought, but a detector of vibration. Axiom 2. Reality consists of 4 fundamental forces of vibration (D’Alembert’s Principle).
