diagnosis and ea men o de ma oses in his pa ien popula ion.

In oduc ion.
I is widely acknowledged ha HIV (human immunode iciency i us) in ec ion is a majo
global heal h issue. Acco ding o he Wo ld Heal h O ganiza ion (WHO), "...as o 2023,
app oxima ely 46 million people a e li ing wi h HIV in ec ion, and 14% o hese a e child en
unde 18 yea s o age...". Thei annual inc ease is 2.5-3 million. F om he i s de ec ion o HIV
in ec ion (1987) in Uzbekis an o Janua y 1, 2024, 77,127 cases ha e been egis e ed, and he
numbe o dea hs om a ious complica ions among HIV-in ec ed indi iduals is
app oxima ely 23,000 [1, 2, 3]. Acco ding o o icial s a is ics in ou coun y (Decembe 2024),
app oxima ely 47,000 people li e wi h HIV, 55% o whom a e men and 45% women. A high
pe cen age o hem su e om a ious skin diseases, which a e o en he i s clinical
mani es a ions o immunode iciency [3, 4, 5, 6].
HIV-associa ed de ma oses in child en include a wide ange o pa hologies: om
bac e ial and ungal skin in ec ions o i al lesions and in lamma o y diseases. Thei imely
ecogni ion is c ucial o diagnosis, choice o he apy, and e alua ion o ea men
e ec i eness. I has been shown h ough analysis ha HIV in ec ion emains one o he mos
signi ican global heal h issues wo ldwide, a ec ing millions o people on all con inen s and
ac oss all age g oups.

sys em o medical ca e o child en wi h HIV.

The s udy included 50 child en wi h a con i med diagnosis o HIV in ec ion, obse ed
a a specialized cen e . Clinical examina ions, labo a o y es s, and immune s a us (CD4 cell
coun s) we e pe o med. S a is ical da a p ocessing was pe o med using s anda d bios a is ical
me hods.
Resea ch esul s.
The mos common skin diseases in child en wi h HIV we e candidal lesions (40%),
bac e ial pyode ma (25%), i al skin in ec ions (20%), and alle gic de ma oses (15%).

Discussion.
I can be clea ly obse ed ha child en wi h HIV in ec ion expe ience ecu en
candidiasis, pa icula ly o he o al mucosa and pe ianal skin. Candidiasis ypically de elops as
ex ensi e, pain ul lesions p one o e osions and ulce a ions (Fig. 3 and Fig. 4).
In addi ion, candidiasis o la ge skin olds was no ed, beginning wi h he appea ance o
small supe icial se opu ulen phlyc enules. A e hese phlyc enules up u e, e osions o m,
which, g owing ou wa d, me ge, leading o he o ma ion o la ge e osions wi h sha ply de ined
polygonal edges, su ounded by an edema ous colla o he s a um co neum. These lesions we e
che y-b own in colo , he su ace emained mois , and c acks and accumula ions o a whi e, pas y
mass we e obse ed deepe wi hin. Small blis e s and pu ulen e up ions also appea ed a ound he
main lesion.

immunode iciency p og esses. This con i ms he need o ea ly diagnosis and imely ea men o
skin diseases.

2. The se e i y and equency o skin mani es a ions co ela e wi h he le el o
immunode iciency.
3. These esul s should be aken in o accoun when de eloping pa ien managemen
