Workflow example on eosc.pl 57 1. Integrate data – datasets from public repositories and EOSC nodes are imported by reference into Onedata spaces and harvested in the eosc.pl catalogue 2. Select datasets – the user enters data.eosc.pl and selects input datasets from the distributed catalogues via Onedata 3. Choose environment – the user chooses one of many compatible environments 4. Run analysis –the user configures Onedata as a data source in Galaxy and launches a workflow; the execution runs on PLGrid’s Pulsar server 5. Gather results – outputs are written back to the user’s Onedata space as RO-Crate with provenance, supported by Galaxy EU 6.
