Ontological Preface : The History of the Veil and the Fragmentation of Reality The history of human thought is not a simple succession of ideas, but a succession of veils. The most powerful of them was erected—gradually, silently— between Logic and its own Foundation. Since then, our civilisation has lived in a kind of twilight : we use logic, causality, and mathematical order at every instant, yet we have lost the right—or the ability—to question their origin. This preface traces the genesis of this veil, its consolidation, its extension, and its gradual dissolution with the Pure Time Theory (PTT), which finally restores the full coherence between reason, reality, and foundation. 1.1 The tradition of integral reason (before the veil) For nearly a millennium, the major philosophical schools of the Arabo–Islamic world—al-Kindī, al-Fārābī, Ibn Sīnā, Ibn Rushd— and part of the Latin scholastic tradition—Thomas Aquinas, Maimonides— taught a simple and structured truth : A contingent world cannot exist without a Necessary Foundation, and Logic is the first manifestation of that Foundation. This perspective, inherited from Aristotle and deepened by the *Kalām*, affirmed without ambiguity the intrinsic unity between : — rationality, — the ordered structure of the world, — and the necessity of a First Principle. Science, metaphysics, and theology were not three separate domains. They formed a single coherent architecture, built on the conviction that : — truth cannot contradict itself; — logic reflects a real and objective order; — the coherence of the world manifests the coherence of its origin. In this context, Logic was not perceived as a neutral tool, but as the direct expression of the Necessary Being (the Logos,al-‘Aql al-Awwal). Human thought thus lived under the regime of integral reason : no artificial separation between the visible, the intelligible, and the original. 5 1.2 The Kantian rupture and the phenomenal/noumenal wall In the 18 th century, Immanuel Kant introduced a radical shift—often perceived as progress— whose deep consequence was the construction of an unprecedented wall between : — the phenomenal, domain of measurable phenomena (and thus of science); — the noumenal, domain of things-in-themselves (to which Foundation, first causality, and God belong). In this new paradigm : — science is no longer allowed to question its own foundations; — Logic becomes a “subjective framework” of the human mind; — the origin of order becomes inaccessible—or even forbidden; — reason loses the legitimacy to question the cause of Reason itself. This marks the birth of what modernity calls the Brute Fact : a contingent universe from which a necessary logical order emerges... but whose origin must remain out of reach. Modern science thus preserves : — logic; — causality; — mathematical order; — irreversibility; — necessary laws; but denies itself the right to ask : Why? What is the origin of this necessity? Why is logic true? A major incoherence installs itself silently : Science depends on Logic, yet refuses to examine the cause of Logic. This Kantian wall marks the birth of the deliberate modern veil. 6 1.3 The Eastern collapse : the crisis of falsafa While Europe was erecting this methodological wall, the Arabo–Islamic world entered an internal intellectual decline. The falsafa—the rational and philosophical tradition—slowly collapsed : — rise of anti-rational mysticism; — withdrawal of the *Kalām*; — progressive closure of debate spaces; — replacement of logical demonstration by authority; — fragmentation of the religious sciences; — loss of Ibn Rushd’s heritage, last radical defender of logical coherence. Thus, while the West voluntarily severed the link between science and foundation, the East involuntarily abandoned reason as a tool for accessing the foundation. The two movements converged toward a single consequence : The veil became global : logic was preserved, but its origin was lost. 1.4 Consequence : a science deprived of its foundations After the Kantian rupture and the collapse of the falsafa, modern science adopted a methodological framework that uses logic, causality, irreversibility, mathematical invariants, and reproducibility, while simultaneously declaring that the origin of these structures must not be questioned. It relies on logical necessities but forbids the question of their necessity. This choice has a direct structural consequence : each domain, unable to justify its own foundations, had to manufacture its own language. — Physics speaks in geometries, tensors, manifolds. — Quantum theory speaks in Hilbert spaces and operators. — Biology speaks in systems, levels, functions. — Psychology speaks in mental models and internal dynamics. — The human sciences speak in narratives and interpretations. None of these disciplines can relate its vocabulary to the others, because none can reach back to the foundation that would unify them. 7 This is where blindness appears : incompatible languages prevent the unity of reality from being seen. This is not a human weakness; it is the logical consequence of the adopted framework : renouncing the foundation means automatically renouncing a common language. From there : — science describes locally but unifies nothing; — it produces laws but cannot explain why laws exist; — it manipulates logic but cannot justify logic; — it uses causality but cannot define the first cause; — it accumulates languages but loses the structure that relates them. The final consequence is rigorous : a practice unable to access unity, for lack of a shared foundation and language. 1.5 UoT : dissolving the veil and reopening the foundation The Unity of Truth (UoT) marks the end of this artificial separation. By restoring the minimal axioms of any intelligible reality : —Non-Contradiction (NC); —Finite Information (FI); —Causal Grounding (CG); —Minimal Irreversibility (MI); it shows that these four universally admitted principles suffice to deduce : — the logical impossibility of an infinite past, — the logical impossibility of a cyclic time, — the logical impossibility of an actually infinite universe, — the necessity of an absolute causal axis (Pure Time), — and the existence of a non-contingent Foundation. These conclusions are not theological. They emerge from logic alone. But they reconnect with—and confirm— the deepest intuitions of the rational traditions of the past. UoT restores what had been separated : 8 — science recovers a foundation; — logic recovers its origin; — the unity of the real becomes accessible again; — the Kantian wall dissolves; — the veil falls. 1.6 Return to integral coherence UoT reopens the space of a thought in which : — logic is no longer a tool without a source; — science is no longer detached from its ontological ground; — metaphysics is no longer excluded from the description of the world; — Revelation is no longer confined to the irrational; — coherence becomes the supreme criterion. It restores what ancient traditions considered obvious : Science, logic, reality, and foundation are not foreign domains. They are the four angles of a single truth. Thus begins the Unity of Truth Charter : through the reconciliation of what history had fragmented, and through the restoration of the logical unity that makes reality intelligible without fragmentation. 9 — it constitutes the geometric container of the observable world; — it carries the initial cohesion structure; — it stretches into a 4D spiral expansion driven by a gyratory compression on the T - injection axis, whose 3D projection forms observable space; — its internal dynamics encode geometry, density, curvature. PTT shows that geometry is not primary : it emerges from the dynamics of the type–1 substrate, itself driven by Pure Time. Space is therefore not an empty frame : it is temporal matter stretched, oriented, coherent, stable. 3.3 Scalar Trelax and the dynamics of tensions The type–1 substrate does not unfold uniformly. Successive modal injections create gradients of cohesion, producing a local temporal tension. This tension is measured by a temporal scalar : Trelax(t, x), whose normalised form u(x) = Trelax(x) c2 determines the local dilation of proper time through the exact clock law : dτ dt =1 1 + u(x). Role of Trelax. — It measures the local deviation from the coherent causal cadence of the substrate; — it encodes geometry, curvature, density and stability; — it unifies classical phenomena : gravity, time dilation, redshift, structural dynamics; — it connects cosmology, mechanics and local phenomena. 16 Essential distinction. —T: absolute causal axis (non-physical); —t: operational local continuous time; —τ: dilated proper time of the system; —Trelax : local tension modifying τ. Tnever varies. Only t,τand Trelax emerge and interact in the physical world. 3.4 Causal corridor and stability of the real PTT shows that the cohesion of the real requires local temporal tension to remain within a strict interval : 0< umin ≤u(x)≤umax <1. This interval is the causal corridor. Physical meaning. —u= 0 : stagnation, absence of evolution (dead universe); —u1: chaos, causal breakdown, instability; —umin < u < umax : coherent stability. Consequences. The causal corridor : — guarantees cosmic stability; — prevents chaotic explosion; — prevents thermodynamic stagnation; — explains zones of structural coherence (stars, galaxies); — makes complex systems possible (life, psyche, society). It is also the basis for ethical and spiritual interpretation : alignment, misalignment, trial, Sheytān, sincerity, etc. 17 3.5 Role of oscillations : universal engine of evolution The type–1 substrate never unfolds without oscillation. Oscillation is a strict geometric consequence of the spiral expansion. The minimal causal chain is : Trelax >0 =⇒oscillation =⇒dτ dt <1 =⇒evolution window =⇒emergent stability. Multiple interpretations. —Cosmic : density fluctuations, galaxy formation, orbital resonances; —Physical : regulation within the causal corridor (TTM); —Biological : cycles, adaptations, homeostasis; —Psychic : trial, growth, inner tension; —Spiritual : alignment, sincerity, purification. Structural consequence. Without oscillation : — no dilation; — no memory; — no evolution; — no complexity; — no moral sense. With oscillation : a real that evolves, coheres, structures itself and can host consciousness. Thus, PTT is not one model among others : it is the minimal ontology allowing a coherent real to exist. 18 IV. Fundamental Logical Demonstrations This section gathers, in a coherent narrative order, the fundamental demonstrations that follow strictly from the minimal axioms of any intelligible universe : Non-Contradiction (NC), Finite Information (FI), Finite Causal Grounding (CG) and Minimal Irreversibility (MI). These demonstrations do not rely on any particular physical theory : they emerge solely from the minimal logical structure required for a coherent real to exist. They successively establish : 1. the impossibility of a physically infinite universe, 2. the impossibility of a globally cyclic time, 3. the necessity of an absolute causal measure (Pure Time), 4. logical unicity ⇒unicity of the First Cause, 5. the necessity of an intentional framework : towards Revelation. These five demonstrations align naturally in the progression : L0⇒coherence of the real ⇒unicity of causality ⇒necessity of meaning. 4.1 Logical impossibility of a physically infinite universe Aphysically infinite universe (AIFU) is defined as one in which, at a given global instant, one of the following is realised : 1. an infinity of causally independent regions (realised spatial infinity), 2. or a causal chain without origin (completed infinite past). The minimal axioms forbid this possibility. (i) Contradiction with Finite Information (FI). Assume that at a time t there exists an infinite family of independent regions {Ri}i∈N , each carrying at least one independent degree of freedom bi. Then the global state S(t)must encode an infinite amount of independent information : S(t)∼(b0, b1, b2, . . . )∈ {0,1}N. This contradicts (FI), which requires S(t) to contain a finite amount of information. Otherwise one simultaneously asserts : S(t)is finite ∧S(t)is infinite, violating (NC). 19 (ii) Contradiction with Finite Causal Grounding (CG). Assume now that an event E has an infinite causal past : · · · → E2→E1→E. Then Eis anchored in no first cause. This directly violates (CG), which requires : every non-trivial event has a finite causal chain. Accepting an infinite regress amounts to asserting and denying (CG) simultaneously, violating (NC). (iii) Contradiction with Minimal Irreversibility (MI). If the past contains infinitely many irreversible events, then the accumulated quantity F(t) (memory, entropy, irreversible events, etc.) becomes infinite at any t: F(t) = ∞ X k=1 1 = ∞, contradicting (FI). Conclusion. The axioms imply : A physically infinite universe is logically impossible. 4.2 Logical impossibility of a globally cyclic time Time is called globally cyclic if : t∼t+Twith S(t+T) = S(t), i.e. if time is compactified on S1. This hypothesis directly violates the minimal logical axioms. (i) Contradiction with Minimal Irreversibility (MI). Let t0< t1 with F(t1)> F(t0) . After one full period : t0+T∼t0. By periodicity : S(t0+T) = S(t0)⇒F(t0+T) = F(t0). 20 But by (MI), forward evolution implies : F(t0+T)> F(t0). Contradiction : F(t0+T) = F(t0)∧F(t0+T)> F(t0), violating (NC). (ii) Contradiction with Causal Asymmetry (C). On a circular time S1, any causal chain A→B produces, after ncycles : A→B→ · · · → A, turning the chain into a loop : A→A, which violates causal asymmetry. Conclusion. A globally cyclic time is incompatible with an evolving real. 4.3 Necessity of an absolute causal measure From the two impossibilities above, it follows immediately : 1. Time cannot be infinite in the past (CG). 2. Time cannot be cyclic (MI + NC). 3. Time must therefore be injective, strictly ordered, non-compact. The only temporal measure satisfying these three conditions is an absolute measure : T:N→causal order, which is neither geometric, nor local, nor emergent, but primary. This is exactly what PTT calls : Pure Time (T). 21 4.4 Logical Unicity → Causal Unicity If the absolute measure exists, then : — causal order is unique; — the logical grammar of the real is unique; — the source of this order must be unique. Suppose two distinct first causes C1and C2. Then two minimal causal structures exist, each establishing its own regularities. This violates global coherence : Sgoverned by C1∧Sgoverned by C2with incompatible laws. Immediate contradiction with (NC) and with the unicity of absolute measure. Logical unicity imposes the unicity of the First Cause. 4.5 Necessity of an intentional framework : towards Revelation If the First Cause is unique and the causal structure unified, then : 1. coherence imposes a orientation (meaning of the real); 2. irreversibility imposes a minimal finality; 3. the presence of conscious beings imposes a correction of their biases. This correction cannot come from : — measurement, — consensus, — empiricism, — human traditions. It must come from the First Cause itself. A coherent real requires a directed Revelation. And combining : causal unicity +logical coherence +causal corridor +non-cyclic temporal structure, 22 one shows that only a Revelation which is : — unique, — coherent, — unaltered, — compatible with the causal structure, — and free of internal contradictions, can fulfil this role. This opens logically into the next demonstration (Sections VI and VII) : The ultimate Revelation is necessary. And among known texts, only the Qur’an satisfies all constraints imposed by minimal logical axioms. 23 V. The Law of Causal Tawḥīd : Structure, Kun, and Alignment The Law of Causal Tawḥīd constitutes the central articulation between the Pure Time Theory (PTT), the ontology of Pure Time, and the revealed spiritual structure. It describes how a coherent, stable, non-cyclic and evolving real can only emerge from a single First Cause, a unified causal grammar, and a dynamic corridor in which every form of life and consciousness must navigate. This law therefore links : — the creative act (Kun), as the establishment of the laws; — causal unicity (tawḥīd) as the structure of the real; — the causal corridor as the domain of viability; — oscillation and trial as dynamic necessities; — Sheytān as the dynamics of misalignment; — voluntary alignment (islām) as inner and outer stability. 5.1 Kun as the act of law-institution In the Qur’anic perspective, the divine statement : “Kun fa-yakūn” (Be, anditis) designates the act through which God establishes : — Pure Time (absolute causal measure); — the laws of cohesion and transition; — the forms of organisation of the real; — the corridors of stability between stagnation and chaos. PTT formalises this intuition as follows : — Pure Time Tis the first, non-emergent measure; — the first modal injection generates the type 1 substrate (geometric-matter); — the scalar Trelax measures local deviations from the causal cadence; — real dynamics self-organise within viable corridors 0< umin ≤u≤umax <1. Thus, Kun is not a suspension of logic : It is its origin. Science therefore creates no law : it merely reads what the creative act established. 24 5.2 Definition of Causal Tawḥīd Définition 5.1 (Causal Tawḥīd).Causal Tawḥīd is the principle according to which : 1. there exists only one real First Cause (Allah), who institutes Pure Time and all laws; 2. all phenomena — physical, biological, psychological, moral — obey a unified causal grammar; 3. deterministic science is the reading of this grammar, not an autonomous production. Causal tawḥīd therefore affirms the unicity of : the Source,the Measure,the Structure. Operational form of the Law of Causal Tawḥīd. Théorème 5.1 (Law of Causal Tawḥīd).Every viable structure evolves within a tension corridor 0< umin ≤u≤umax <1 , and any voluntary reduction of internal tension (alignment) stabilises the system, without adding anything to God who is already Perfect. Ethical clarification. “Structural evil” designates a necessary tension gradient within an evolving dynamic, but it never justifies moral evil, which is an unjust act of voluntary misalignment. 5.3 Causal corridor : alignment, misalignment, neutrality The causal corridor, defined by u(x)satisfying : 0< umin ≤u(x)≤umax <1, is the unique zone within which : — physical structures remain stable; — living beings evolve; — consciousness can develop; — morality becomes possible. Within this framework, three regimes appear : 25 6.3 Correction of cognitive biases Human cognitive biases are structural : confirmation bias; optimism/pessimism bias; availability heuristics; emotional distortions; post-hoc rationalizations; illusions of control; ego projections; cultural anchors. In PTT terms, these biases correspond to : Tint(ego)which distorts the reading of reality. Revelation acts as : — an internal-tension reducer; — an interpretation corrector; — a stable map of the causal corridor; — a non-biased reference. Formally : Revelation =non-biased projection of the causal structure, in the form of : alignment criteria; ethical clarification; rules of justice; principles of humility and sincerity; reminders of time, trial and finality. Revelation does not teach physics : it teaches how to navigate within physics. It does not replace science : it protects consciousness from error. 6.4 Moral structure, guidance and finality In a reality structured by : non-cyclic time; a unique First Cause; a causal corridor; oscillatory dynamics — morality cannot be relative; utilitarian; consensus-based; or emergent without origin. It must be : a structure transmitted by the First Cause. 32 Role of Revelation in morality. 1. It defines attractors : truth; justice; sincerity; humility; fidelity; patience; responsibility. 2. It defines repellors : injustice; lying; pride; sabotage; exploitation; corruption; oppression. 3. It reveals the logic of evil : negative gradient of Trelax. 4. It clarifies trial : oscillation enabling ⇒higher stability. Finality. A unified causal structure imposes a finality : to move toward maximal alignment with the intended Structure. Revelation : clarifies finality; explains the role of life; articulates the meaning of trial; dissolves arbitrariness; gives direction to good. Revelation is the intentional component of a coherent reality. 33 VII. The Qur’an as the Ultimate Revelation (Logical Conclusion) This section establishes—without any appeal to prior faith—that the Qur’an constitutes the ultimate Revelation according to the minimal logical structure, Pure Time Theory (PTT), and the Law of Causal Tawḥīd. The conclusion rests exclusively on : — Logical Unicity (PLU) demonstrated in Section IV; — the necessity of Revelation (Section VI); — the causal structure of reality (Pure Time, TTM, causal corridor); — the exact cosmological correspondence (seven heavens) of Chapter IX; — voluntary alignment as the true meaning of islām. We show here that among all existing corpora, the Qur’an is the only text that simultaneously satisfies all constraints required of an ultimate Revelation : unicity, coherence, immutability, universality, compatibility with the causal architecture of reality. 7.1 Full compatibility with minimal logical axioms and Causal Tawḥīd The minimal logical axioms require, for any coherent reality : 1. a unique First Cause (Causal Unicity); 2. a unique logical grammar (Non-Contradiction, Order, Identity); 3. a non-cyclic, oriented time (Pure Time); 4. a dynamic viability framework (causal corridor umin ≤u≤umax); 5. a minimal intentional dimension (necessity of Revelation). The Qur’an affirms explicitly and unambiguously these five structures : Unicity of the First Cause. “God is One, the Unique, the Absolute.” (Q. 112 :1–2) Unique causal grammar. Natural constants, cycles, and the signs of creation (āyāt) are described as reflecting a global coherence, not disconnected phenomena. Non-cyclicity of time. “He adds to creation whatever He wills.” (35 :1) Irreversibility is constantly affirmed (closed past, open future). 34 Causal corridor. The Qur’an distinguishes precisely the two boundaries : maghḍūb (u > umax),ḍāllīn (u < umin) and calls to the ṣirāṭ al-mustaqīm : the centered alignment zone. Necessity of Revelation. “We have revealed to you the Book in truth, so that you may judge between people.” (4 :105) Thus, the Qur’an satisfies perfectly the structural requirements of the minimal logical axioms and the Law of Causal Tawḥīd. 7.2 Unicity, internal coherence, immutability An ultimate Revelation must satisfy : 1. unicity of source; 2. universality; 3. total absence of contradiction; 4. textual immutability; 5. controlled self-reference; 6. full compatibility with the structure of reality. Unicity. The Qur’an declares the Message complete and sealed : “Today I have perfected for you your religion.” (5 :3) Logical coherence. Across more than 6000 verses, no internal contradiction exists—unique among pre-modern religious texts—despite : multiple themes; varied contexts; absence of successive editorial stages; perfect oral preservation from the beginning. Immutability. No other ancient text is transmitted with comparable certainty : continuous transmission (tawātur); unanimous recension in the first century; no doctrinal evolutions; grammatical and phonetic stability. To build living bridges between thinkers, believers, researchers, artists, and citizens seeking coherence and truth. 6. To depoliticize the religious domain and reject any instrumentalization of revelations for identity, partisan, or economic interests. 7. To restore an ethic of responsibility in the age of artificial intelligence and global cognitive parity, centred on truth, justice, and coherence. 39 8.3 Vision The Foundation holds that humanity is entering an age of clarification. The apparent conflicts between science and religion arise only from the absence of a shared language and from the loss of the sense of unity. PTT reveals that : Reality is a coherent intention, sustained by an invariant causal cadence. This intention corresponds to the Divine Will, and PTT is not an alternative to it, but a structural explication from the standpoint of logic.
