Executive Summary Deliverable 5.4 describes the potential exposure of developed materials along the value chain covered by ESTELLA. Therefore, following the principles of SSbD Framework, Step 2 has been applied in order to calculate the exposure within safety dimension derived from the production of prototypes. The target of this step has been focused on the exposure to final composite through the application of the use cases, considering for both the polymeric product and the reagents. Human health has been addressed at industrial safety level for workers in production and processing steps. A tiered approach has been applied to exposure dimension, predicting exposure for each one of the phases under study. Reference values have been also evaluated. Therefore, this report will summarize a detailed description of the main principles of the SSbD Framework, the predicted values through exposure modelling, and the analysis of degradation product and their exposure.
