The article provides an in-depth analysis of the role of digital software in systematically developing the managerial competencies of directors of preschool educational institutions. Keywords: innovative environment, preschool education, managerial development, educational technologies, creativity, space organization. Introduction Today, the tasks faced by preschool educational institution leaders require not only traditional management skills, but also the adoption of new approaches demanded by the digital era. Leaders are expected to think strategically, make innovative decisions, manage teams effectively, and use resources efficiently. However, in practice, numerous challenges arise in developing the managerial competencies of these leaders. To address these challenges effectively, the use of digital software based on a systematic approach is of great importance. Managerial competency refers to a leader’s ability to manage the organization efficiently, enhance the pedagogical process, demonstrate adaptability in changing conditions, implement innovations, and establish effective social collaboration. In modern conditions, the integration of digital software tools into management processes is essential for the development of these competencies. Problems and their solutions through digital software The first problem — insufficient professional preparation. Many leaders have not fully mastered management theory and practice. In this regard, online courses, virtual training sessions, and video lessons developed on the basis of digital software can be highly beneficial. For example, an electronic platform allows leaders to study anytime and independently enhance their professional knowledge. The second problem — resistance to change. Some leaders, despite having extensive experience, may hold conservative views and find it difficult to accept innovations. Digital software enables gradual learning and adaptation through pilot projects. For instance, the software may include a “mentorship module” where experienced leaders can share their expertise with others. The third problem — financial limitations. Many preschool institutions have restricted budgets, making it difficult to implement innovative projects. Digital software can be developed using a freemium model, where basic functions are free and advanced features are available for an additional fee. This creates equal opportunities for all institutions.
SCIENCE AND INNOVATION INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL VOLUME 4 ISSUE 11 NOVEMBER 2025 ISSN: 2181-3337 | SCIENTISTS.UZ 278 The fourth problem — excessive administrative workload. A significant portion of leaders’ time is spent on paperwork, reporting, and bureaucratic procedures. Digital software can greatly simplify these tasks. For example, an automated reporting module, electronic document circulation, and real-time monitoring features allow leaders to focus more on strategic decisionmaking and improving the pedagogical process. The fifth problem — difficulties in using digital technologies. Some leaders are unable to use information and communication technologies effectively. In this case, it is important for software to have a user-friendly interface, visual instructions, and technical support. For example, a virtual assistant system within the software can provide quick responses to user questions. When digital software is implemented through a systematic approach, leaders’ managerial competencies develop gradually. First, leaders enhance their strategic thinking, as the software enables them to make decisions based on real-time data. Next, they acquire innovative management skills: by integrating new technologies, they increase organizational efficiency. At the same time, leaders’ communication competencies improve — they establish effective communication with parents, teachers, and the community through digital platforms. Most importantly, their ability to manage resources becomes stronger, since the software provides precise control over budgeting, material resources, and staff performance. In the process of developing the managerial competencies of preschool institution leaders, various challenges arise. These include insufficient strategic planning in management activities, ineffective mechanisms for improving the quality of education, and weak methodological skills in implementing innovative pedagogical technologies. To address these challenges effectively, it is necessary to apply a systematic approach. A systematic approach considers the leader’s managerial activity as an integrated system and organizes all its components — goals, tasks, stages of processes, and outcomes — in a mutually interconnected manner. This approach makes it possible to solve problems not individually, but comprehensively. Figure 1. The main operating principles of this trainingmodule software are manifested through the following stages: First, the software consists of structured modules that include separate learning blocks designed to form and develop leaders’ managerial competencies. Each module focuses on strengthening key aspects of managerial activity — organizational and administrative skills, decision-making technologies, team management, communication competencies, and proficiency in using digital management tools. Second, the software is equipped with diagnostic tools to assess participants’ existing managerial capacity. Based on the initial assessment results, an individualized development roadmap is generated for each leader, enabling personalization of the training process. Third, the learning process is conducted in an interactive format, where theoretical knowledge is reinforced through practical assignments, case studies, simulation exercises, and problem-solving tasks. Additionally, the software includes an AI-based advisory system that supports experience sharing and helps leaders find solutions to challenges. Fourth, the software incorporates monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. At the end of each module, results are assessed through interim tests and practical tasks, and a managerial competency profile is created for each leader. This profile serves as a methodological basis for determining the next stage of development. Fifth, the software ensures practical application by providing leaders with a package of tasks that allows them to test and apply the acquired knowledge in real management activities. All results are recorded by the system, ensuring continuous professional development. Sixth, the update mechanism of the software ensures the ongoing development of leaders’ managerial capacity in line with current requirements and innovative management approaches. In summary, the training-module software operates based on the principles of modularity, individualization, interactivity, monitoring, practical application, and continuous development in systematically enhancing leaders’ managerial competencies. This mechanism contributes to improving the professional potential of preschool education institution leaders and raising the overall quality of education. REFERENCES 1.
