वाणिज्य व व्यवस्थापन शास्त्रात आदिवासी समाजाची भूमिका: एक समग्र अभ्यास
Abstract
आदिवासी समाज हजारो वर्षांपासून स्वतःच्या अनोख्या व्यापारिक पद्धती आणि व्यवस्थापन तंत्रांचा विकास करत आला आहे. या संशोधन पत्रात आदिवासी समुदायाच्या पारंपरिक वाणिज्य व्यवहार, संसाधन व्यवस्थापन, सामुदायिक निर्णय प्रक्रिया, आणि आधुनिक व्यवस्थापन शास्त्रातील त्यांच्या योगदानाचा सखोल अभ्यास केला आहे. आदिवासी समाजाच्या टिकाऊ विकास मॉडेल, सामुदायिक व्यापार पद्धती, आणि पारंपरिक ज्ञान व्यवस्थापन यांचे आधुनिक व्यवसायिक जगतातील महत्त्व स्पष्ट केले आहे. या संशोधनातून असे स्पष्ट होते की आदिवासी समुदायांच्या आर्थिक व्यवस्थेतील सामुदायिक कल्याणाचे तत्त्व, पर्यावरणीय संवर्धन, आणि समतावादी वितरण प्रणाली आजच्या काळातील कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक जबाबदारी, टिकाऊ विकास, आणि समावेशक वाढीच्या संकल्पनांना नवी दिशा देऊ शकते.
