Narbayev Rural Economy Knowledge and Innovation National Center, Samarkand Regional Director https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17833477 Abstract. Entrepreneurship among students refers to developing individuals capable of introducing new innovations. The author provides information about vocational colleges and highlights the importance of teaching entrepreneurship to students, with an emphasis on fostering entrepreneurial activity among many young people. Keywords: entrepreneur, intellectual potential, new ideas, businesspeople, projects in entrepreneurial innovation. Introduction Entrepreneurship education should be directed toward entrepreneurial students. International research on entrepreneurship education shows that the success of studying various variables is primarily determined by one's intention to start a business. However, general entrepreneurship education is often viewed incorrectly and treated as improper objects. This article aims to shape an entrepreneurial environment among students by teaching how to optimize (enhance the potential of) one’s own business at the highest level accepted within the scope of international business and higher education, instead of adopting an internal perspective. The teaching of entrepreneurship includes the content, purpose, methods, and evaluation of results. The context is defined in two directions: first, through bibliometric analysis examining entrepreneurship education, scientific research, and specifically entrepreneurship education research from the perspective of curriculum review and systematic literature analysis; second, analyzing the use of educational programs related to entrepreneurship teaching practices. Discussion and Results Based on the analysis, through interviews with problem-focused entrepreneurs and research conducted among teachers on entrepreneurship and business practices, potential directions for improvement in both research and teaching were identified. The article is theoretical and practical, concludes with the implications for educational policy, and is considered promising for future research. The field of entrepreneurship research is increasingly developing. For example, this is evident in the significant growth in the number of publications or annual increase rates in the field of entrepreneurship professors (Fellnhofer 2020; Hulzle et al. 2021; Schmette 2009). According to indicators published in the “Web of Science” (WoS) database, a total of 51 from 221 articles related to “Entrepreneurship” were published during 2024-2025. 1. Generally, entrepreneurship education is not effective; for example, in Germany, the number of start-ups has decreased over the years. 2. Teaching business start-up intention is not the most suitable variable for measuring the success of entrepreneurship education. 3. Often, regular achievements as a manager or specialist appear more promising. SCIENCE AND INNOVATION INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL VOLUME 4 ISSUE 11 NOVEMBER 2025 ISSN: 2181-3337 | SCIENTISTS.UZ 5 4. The methodology for teaching entrepreneurship can be improved. This is the fourth situation, and it is similar to previous studies on entrepreneurship education and review, which is clear. Although this article is directed toward making changes to entrepreneurship education, it is evident that entrepreneurship education can vary significantly, and its representation is often overlooked. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the method of maximizing diverse approaches based on the formation of entrepreneurial skills constructed as a modern curriculum for business development through the educational goals, content, teaching methods, and learning outcomes (didactic elements) of vocational education students. Bibliometric analysis aims to identify gaps in entrepreneurship education curricula, scientific research, and teaching, introduce new innovations, integrate into market relations, apply findings to education and practice, and ensure effectiveness. Systematic literature that examines research from a didactic perspective identifies these elements. The educational program examines the didactic elements of the structure from the perspective of instructional practice. Both analytical concepts provide insights into the current situation. In shaping an entrepreneurial environment among students, the prospects and potential directions for improving regulatory and legal documents were studied. For this purpose, researchers participating in the survey applied analytical research methods in the field of education. Finally, interviews were conducted with entrepreneurs to identify problematic situations and to understand how students can develop skills and competencies related to these situations. Previous studies show that academic entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education have not been sufficiently considered at the vocational education level and lack a clear position distinguishing them from previous stages. Although experience is emphasized, significant attention is also given to action-oriented teaching methods, but there is no complete interconnection. Various stages before organizing a business process, during organizational development, and during growth—form the main principles. Research to date indicates that the relevant factors of success help in practically studying real (not hypothetical) objects. According to the results of this survey, the main issues of education namely, pedagogical foundations of business-oriented learning outcomes show that the increasing personal interest in entrepreneurship education and the continual growth of students’ knowledge and abilities contribute to the daily development of entrepreneurial skills. Conclusion The main mechanism and pedagogical basis for developing entrepreneurial skills in students based on learning outcomes indicate that the primary goal of the business process is to assess the results of a certain stage of instruction, even implying that these results may serve future purposes. This central aspect of teaching methods in entrepreneurship education—the distribution of methods and evaluation of outcomes provides advantages for both teachers and students, despite the didactic components becoming outdated. The formal assessment of learning outcomes based on small entrepreneurial skills and the foundations of teaching were enriched with innovations, especially through insights shared by entrepreneurs during interviews. Future research also needs to pay greater attention to non-English-speaking contexts and Western business education, as previous studies in success-oriented business education show the need to re-examine useful empirical didactic elements. It is necessary to focus on primary and secondary education, vocational education, and lifelong learning. Since vocational education pertains not only to founders of entrepreneurship education but also to entrepreneurs and corporate business within the framework of learners’ prior knowledge and professional aspirations, stronger SCIENCE AND INNOVATION INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL VOLUME 4 ISSUE 11 NOVEMBER 2025 ISSN: 2181-3337 | SCIENTISTS.UZ 6 differentiation is required. Furthermore, even individuals outside the entrepreneurial context those who seek to interact with others, adaptive thinkers, and creative managers can benefit from entrepreneurship education. It should be noted that students may propose supplementary programs in entrepreneurship and business. It should also be remembered that to teach courses for graduates, one must possess business skills, as producing and commercializing scientific ideas is extremely important and useful. Across all vocational education specialties, significant work is being done to shape the main outcomes of current practice, including professional competencies in selecting appropriate business formats in various fields. Students choose to add entrepreneurial competencies through elective courses in the curriculum; however, this does not guarantee that all students will achieve sufficient business skills. Expanding entrepreneurship skills among a larger number of students requires more information, motivation, and additional incentives. From the perspective of teachers in the field of entrepreneurship, economic disciplines in all educational programs can incorporate entrepreneurial competencies through content related to product usage, production, storage, and processing. Graduates of these programs, as professionals directly involved in production, processing, and exporting, engage in entrepreneurial activity. Acquiring entrepreneurship knowledge through their work can improve economic efficiency. To develop business skills as well as financial and marketing competencies additional educational programs and measures must be implemented. Research specialists in vocational education increasingly engage in activities supporting these initiatives. Training programs for administrators, along with educational support for responsible units, play an important role. Education is essential. During the research, it was found that developing innovative methods for studying students’ independent work skills, supporting creative thinking, integrating modern technologies into the learning process, promoting self-control, and motivating learners are highly important. Thus, through interactive platforms, mobile applications, and online resources, students’ independent work, engagement, and participation can be effectively monitored. Considering the complexity of motivation and activity in practice, vocational education students took part in the research. Ensuring the teacher’s role in fostering independent learning is critically important. Every educational leader must support students individually, guide them, and encourage independent work through a creative approach. REFERENCES 1. Republic of Uzbekistan.
