Life is not a zebra with black and white lignes, but rather a chessboard. In this game, everything depends on your moves Haruki Murakami First of all, what is artificial intelligence? Artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence (AI) is a field of science and technology aimed at creating machines capable of imitating human intelligence. Z AMONAVIY TA'LIMDA FAN VA INNOVATSION TADQIQOTLAR http://zamtadqiqot.uz/index.php/ZTFITJ/index 3-son 16–to’plam 2025 y. 222 Examples of widely used artificial intelligence technologies today include smart web search engines (Google Assistant), (Siri and Alexa), self-driving cars such as Waymo, and others. Why did I start my article with this quote? Today, people, even young children, are using “CHAT GPT” without relying on their own knowledge. If they start using their intellects now, what kind of personnel will they produce in the future? It has managed to poison the minds of not only young children, but also adults. For example, instead of taking advice from loved ones when making decisions or sharing secrets, they rely on artificial intelligence. According to statistics, approximately 70% of schoolchildren use gadgets (phones, tablets, laptops) during school lessons. According to a study conducted in Switzerland, most of the students who scored low on critical thinking tests are AI users. I would like to tell you a story that happened to me recently. A 17-year-old girl said: "It's great that AI has all the information, but I'm so dependent on it that I'm not sure I can solve any of my problems without it." From these sentences, it follows that AI has already entered the human mind. It not only hinders the expansion of our thinking, but also causes various diseases, as well as reduced eyesight, excessive dependence on it, which leads to anger, irritability, and similar consequences. Trust in AI is also an important factor. The more people trust AI, the more they may rely on it, which can lead to a decline in critical thinking skills. It is true that people who use AI more tend to think less, but this is influenced by various factors. It makes it easier to get information from AI, but it can deprive people of deep analysis . At the same time, I would also like to mention that chatbots also pose a threat to our privacy. Artificial Intelligence does not provide data security, I mean, many people send pictures of their children or family members, and this is stored in its memory. In addition, they share various information about themselves, such as their year of birth, age, and personal information about themselves. This can pose a threat Z AMONAVIY TA'LIMDA FAN VA INNOVATSION TADQIQOTLAR http://zamtadqiqot.uz/index.php/ZTFITJ/index 3-son 16–to’plam 2025 y. 223 to a person over the years. For example, using pictures of their children to apply for loans can cause similar problems. can produce. True AI can also have positive aspects, it can also make people's work easier, and it can bring some relief to the medical field. Moreover, creativity — once considered a uniquely human capacity — is also at risk. Modern AI tools can generate texts, designs, and artworks within seconds, which can discourage individuals from exploring imaginative ideas on their own. Over time, this dependency could lead to a standardized way of thinking, where originality loses its value and society becomes intellectually uniform. The lack of creative thought may also hinder scientific innovation and cultural development.Additionally, human memory is likely to deteriorate if AI continues storing and recalling information on behalf of users. Instead of memorizing facts or experiences, individuals increasingly outsource these cognitive tasks to digital devices. This phenomenon, known as “digital amnesia,” indicates that people feel less responsible for retaining knowledge when technology offers immediate answers at any time. However, it would be unfair to entirely dismiss AI as harmful. When used wisely, it can enhance learning, expand access to information, and support decision-making processes. The key lies in maintaining a balance between technological assistance and personal intellectual involvement. Education systems, in particular, should encourage students to use AI as a supportive tool rather than a substitute for their own thinking capabilities. Conclusion: To conclude my thoughts, I would like to quote the quote "Everything has its own norm." If artificial intelligence is used for the right purpose and only in the most necessary cases, it will not cause any dangerous consequences. Everything depends on how a person can use it.
