Me hodology Ques ionnai es we e mailed o a sys ema ic andom sample o 1000 a o neys in p i a e p ac ice. The egis a ion lis o he Law Socie y o he Cape o Good Hope se ed as sampling ame. A esponse a e o 35,6% was achie ed, a e one mail ollow-up. The ques ionnai e consis ed o 72 s a emen s linked o a i e-poin Like - ype scale on which esponden s could indica e hei ag eemen o disag eemen wi h each s a emen .
