In the formation of a culture of using information media in future primary school teachers, the positive impact of information media, including television, radio, newspapers and the Internet on the minds of students, their content, various ideas and views, cause the emergence of negative ideas in the minds of young people that do not correspond to our national culture, therefore, the formation of a culture of using information in future primary school teachers is a requirement of the time. Keywords: future primary school teachers, open information, intellectual potential, information culture, digital information, books, radio, television, computer, magazine. In the process of increasing the independence of our country, as a result of the development of modern information media, people's lifestyles, including attitudes towards education, have fundamentally changed. Modern views on the process of education and upbringing, pedagogical technology, and the possibilities of scientific and practical research are being completely transformed as a result of the reforms being carried out. As a result, in recent years, the advantages of world information technologies and information media have been increasing, in particular, it is necessary to note that the intellect of mankind, its will, even the spiritual world, creative competence, and communicative potential are becoming increasingly dependent on constantly updated technical means and information. For this reason, it is necessary to emphasize that the formation of a culture of using information media among today's future primary school teachers is one of the urgent issues. Indeed, today's widespread use of information media around the world, the unlimited communication of relatives living in distant countries with each other, is unimaginable without continuous digital media. Moreover, it would not be possible to implement public education aimed at it. As a result, the opportunities for improving the literacy culture of young students would be in conflict. In the new century, the child’s personality is becoming the main value for the principles of educational development, and not a certain set of knowledge. From personal experience, it is known that when discussing an interesting life event or cartoon characters or natural processes, students suddenly begin to express a variety of colorful thoughts. In such situations, it becomes clear that they know much more than their mental capabilities. Because when they watch cartoons, thinking is clearly manifested. The expressive expressions that interest them, rich colorful patterns, the ability to think are fully revealed. Taking these into account, the basis of such situations in the lessons will be the use of textbooks and lessons that interest children in the same way, develop their creative thinking, use rich colorful and pictorial examples, provide a wide range of topics appropriate to their nature ISSN: 2582-4686 SJIF 2021-3.261, 2022-2.889, 20235.384, 2024-6.875 ResearchBib IF: 9.948 / 2024 VOLUME-5, ISSUE-11 1276 and age, and provide a variety of questions and assignments based on the texts. The emergence of students from mental equilibrium is a guarantee of leading them towards spiritual maturity. For this reason, the demands that society places on the youth of our century are not only to be educated, but also to be inquisitive, enterprising, selfless, intellectually capable, and possess a universal culture. In this sense, as stated in the concept of education until 2030, future primary school teachers have the task of conducting analytical and research work in solving the urgent problems facing our modern national pedagogy from information media. One of the relevant issues is the formation of a culture of using information media, which requires the formation of the necessary knowledge, skills, and qualifications in the process of education and upbringing. If we pay attention to the music, it is not for nothing that the Avesta, which is considered the main source of the Zoroastrian religion, states that “You must always keep your minor children, your wife, your property and fire under strict control and protect them above all else.” In this process, primary school students have always been a segment of society that requires active, constant guidance and support. There have been a number of difficulties in working with primary school students and in the communication between teachers and students. This is due to changes in the mental state of primary school students and changes in their mental and physical activity. The form of presenting information, the style and methods of delivering information by future primary school teachers in the educational process do not interest and satisfy primary school students. Therefore, it is time to teach them rational ways to obtain information that is interesting to them. The motive that drives the spiritual development of primary school students, the factor that creates their activity, is in their needs, and when their capabilities for satisfying these needs are properly taken into account, we will find a solution to the contradictions between obtaining information and working with it. It should be emphasized that adolescents are very impressionable, especially susceptible to external influences and external events. Primary school students mainly develop cognitive processes at a high level. The perception of primary school students is qualitatively different from the perception of younger preschoolers. Primary school students acquire the ability not only to perceive the external aspects of cognitive processes in reality, but also to analyze and synthesize objects and phenomena in a more complex way. The use of visual material allows primary school students to play a significant role in perception. Today, when the world has become a single information space, it is impossible to put artificial barriers to any information. In our country, which has opened its face to the world thanks to independence and whose youth freely master the languages of the world, in the conditions of both good and bad influences, various attacks, expanding the possibilities of a person to protect himself from psychologically negative influences is one of the most urgent problems. Primary school students, whose worldview is just beginning to form, need a flow of information to carry out social behavior in society. Constant informational communication with the surrounding world, the social environment, in which they participate as active social subjects, is one of the important conditions for normal life activity. The cessation of information receipt can cause mental illness or mental imbalances. Not only the constant informational communication with the surrounding social environment, but also the amount, volume, content and structure of incoming and processed information have a strong impact on the child. In his research, studying the views of Eastern thinkers on education, he recalls that Ibn Sina emphasized that the acquisition of knowledge in education is most effective when carried out through thinking. He argued that this process should be carried out through intervention, observation, and direct participation. According to Ibn Sina, the ISSN: 2582-4686 SJIF 2021-3.261, 2022-2.889, 20235.384, 2024-6.875 ResearchBib IF: 9.948 / 2024 VOLUME-5, ISSUE-11 1277 basis of a student's knowledge is logical thinking, personal observation, reflection, and experience. The scientist paid attention to the enrichment of thinking in education. Thinking in itself ensures the independence of thinking, educates a thinking person, and contributes to the spiritual development of a person. Ibn Sina especially emphasized that understanding of the world should be based on thinking. The researcher considered that the teacher should take into account the thinking characteristics of his student, interest them in his personal knowledge, and use various methods of education. At this point, it is worth mentioning the opinion of one of the researchers I. Gundareva: The child receives the necessary information through direct experience, personal communication, as well as from various sources of information (books, radio, television, computer, magazines, newspapers and other sources of a symbolic nature). Therefore, the predominance and sharp increase in the share of information obtained from information sources or from direct experience and personal communication is a law of social development. Therefore, a person receives the necessary information through direct experience, personal communication, as well as from various sources of information (books, radio, television, magazines, newspapers and other sources of a symbolic nature). Therefore, the law of social development is determined by the predominance and sharp increase in the share of information obtained from information sources, as well as from direct experience and personal communication. Information that influences socialization can be obtained from TV and radio programs and periodicals. “Resisting information attacks against our country, exposing the false attempts of those who, under various guises, pretend to be wiser than everyone else, our closest assistants and advisers, and even claim to know our national traditions and way of life better than we do, is another practical manifestation of protecting the interests of our people.” As before, schools are not the only factor in the education and upbringing of children, as a place that conveys information about the world and man, nature and upbringing. Parents are also important factors in this process. Future primary school teachers are one of these factors, the mass media and the information they cover are also one of the main aspects in the formation of a child's personality. Therefore, it is becoming necessary to form a culture of using the media in future primary school students. Currently, primary school students have an extremely large freedom to receive information. At the same time, the negative aspects of the information covered in the mass media, the poisoning of the adolescent's mind and thinking, are also extremely high. One of the main problems in the interaction of primary school teachers with the information environment is their inability to analyze the positive or negative aspects of the information they receive in a meaningful way, determined by the extremely high number of opportunities for receiving information, and the lack of a level of security. The existence of such problems has become one of the most important issues at the moment. The cognitive-operational and organizational components of the system of culture of using information media of future primary school teachers are determined by universality, interdisciplinary relevance of information activities, as well as computer literacy, which reflects the generalized characteristics of a person in various systems of activity. The rules for using the possibilities of information media in pedagogical practice mean the social identity of the personality of primary school students, the personal unity of students in their activities, the completion of differences between their psyche and character. Specific efforts and connections are based on the determination of the totality of their socio-psychological qualities. The comprehensiveness and integrity of future primary school teachers presupposes, but is not equal to, harmony in its development. A necessary ISSN: 2582-4686 SJIF 2021-3.261, 2022-2.889, 20235.384, 2024-6.875 ResearchBib IF: 9.948 / 2024 VOLUME-5, ISSUE-11 1278 condition for harmony is, first of all, the interaction and relationship between the individual and society, as well as all aspects of its existence and development. Consequently, the moral maturity of a student requires a worldview capable of consciously combating any ideological threats and activeness on this basis. This is where future primary school teachers' qualities such as aesthetics of life and behavior, participation in the development of professional and artistic creativity, and an approach to art as a spiritual factor through the correct use of information media will increase. Thus, the spiritual wealth of future primary school teachers is formed by a worldview based on the national idea, high morality, and aesthetic culture. Literature 1. Karimova V.
