This article analyzes the content and essence of the methodology for preparing students for professional activity based on the acmeological approach, and the necessary methods for preparing students for professional activity through the use of acmeological methods in the pedagogical process are also cited as examples. The information and recommendations presented in this article serve as necessary information for masters of higher education, teachers, and researchers conducting scientific work on this topic. The system of theoretical methods and practical methods of acmeology provide effective benefits for students in working with information in the educational process. In addition, if students work on the basis of the acmeogram, they begin to understand the essence of the educational system more deeply. At the same time, their thinking grows and moves towards maturity. The stage of maturity of a person is the peak of maturity, the so-called "acme", a multidimensional state that covers the main part of his life, the length of time. This state always shows to what extent a person has developed as a citizen, a specialist in a certain field of activity. The rich or poor connections in the reality surrounding him indicate what he is like as a life partner, a parent. At the same time, it cannot be statically structured, but, on the contrary, is characterized by greater or lesser variability and variability. The component, which belongs to the physical condition of a person, as a rule, always carries a typical description within the parameters of maturity and undergoes repeated changes. Such a dynamic unity of the meaningful specification of a person and the form of its expression can always be observed at the stage of maturity, when he is expressed as a citizen, a subject of personal activity, a spouse, a parent. In order to understand the complexity of the connections between them in a holistic understanding of a person, it is necessary to collect the results of the study of a mature person obtained from research conducted from various scientific points of view into a single system. The methodology for preparing students for professional activity based on the acmeological approach is aimed at ensuring that the student achieves the highest professional level - "acme", in which the development of individual characteristics, abilities, and qualities of the person, their comprehensive preparation for professional activity, the use of methods such as acmeograms, profiograms, and encouraging the student to work on himself play an important role. The methodology provides for increasing professional competence through project activities, the formation of a conflict-related culture, and the development of creativity. Project activity: Teaching students to create and implement projects, which reveals their creative potential. Formation of conflictological culture: Development of the skill of effective resolution of conflicts in professional activities. Development of creativity: Helping to achieve success by stimulating scientific and professional creativity. Content of the methodology 1.Theoretical basis: Study of the theoretical and practical foundations of the acmeological approach. 2.Practical exercises: Preparing students for real professional situations. 3.Self-development: Encouraging students to plan and implement their professional development. This methodology aims to prepare students not only as knowledgeable, but also as creative, competent, dedicated to their profession and highly qualified specialists. The system of theoretical methods of acmeology includes the following: Logical: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, observational (imaginary) experiment. Mathematical method of analysis: correlative, factorial, dispersion, discriminative, cluster, etc. Interdisciplinary methods - approaches: complex, systemic, functional, genetic, longitudinal, model, biographical, situational, etc. The class of practical and production methods of acmeology includes: a) general scientific: observation, experiment, expert assessment; b) methods of individual disciplines, including: •psychological (test, observation, interview, self-observation, self-reporting, psychosemantic); •social (registration, survey, interview, questionnaire); •psychophysiological. d)acmeological methods: (acmeogram, test, psychobiography, acmeological examination). Acmeogram is the main method of the acmeographic approach and reflects the system of requirements, conditions and factors that allow for progressive development and, first of all, the professionalism of the individual and the development of the activities of specific labor subjects. The acmeogram is always individual, formally it embodies the individual "section" of the subject of effective activity, its capabilities and prospects, compensatory and contrasting features. Acmeogram is a generalizing category for the professioniogram and psychogram. Acmeogram is a comprehensive description of the individual-spiritual and psychophysiological characteristics and professional activity of a person, studying the growth and improvement of great people, the process of striving for their profession, how they created worldclass innovations, and their leadership abilities. As a result, the advanced acme individuals of our society have a better and more complete understanding of the path taken by our ancestors in the past, the peaks they reached - the mechanisms for achieving the peak of perfection and perfection. This, in turn, is of great importance in determining the trajectory of our future from today's point of view. The acmeogram includes a detailed description of professional activity and the requirements for the individual psychological and psychophysiological characteristics of a person from it. If the acmeological environment indicates the creation of real conditions for identifying and developing talents and abilities in children and young people, then the search for these young people, identifying their talents and ensuring their achievement of high positions on the basis of their development is considered as an inseparable, integral system. Accurate, correct and objective filling out of the acmeogram is a guarantee of obtaining acceptable and reliable results by an expert or acmeologist. In conclusion, in the process of preparing students for professional activity based on the acmeological approach, relying on the above-mentioned theoretical and practical methods of acmeology gives good results.
