The model is simple, h ee dimensional and dynamic and should allow all employees o ela e o i wi h ease, ega d- less o di e ing gene ic o en i onmen al ac o s. Conclusion This a icle has in oduced a concep ual model, he Cascad- ing Helix. The model, which ep esen s an o ganiza ional hi- e a chy, is h ee-dimensional and con ains a dynamic com- ponen . The pu pose o he model is o p o ide o ganiza- ions wi h a sound concep ual base o common language which can be unde s ood by employees a all le els.
