For individuals who participated in the first wave in writing, there was also the option to complete the survey in writing during the second wave (PAPI). The versions of the questionnaire (CAWI vs. PAPI) differ slightly from one another. In this English translation, the written survey is listed first, meaning the numbering corresponds to the paper questionnaire. At the end of the document, you will find additional questions that were only asked in the CAWI version. These additional questions are directed only to refugees who had returned to Ukraine since the first wave of data collection. The numbering follows that of the online questionnaire. This means, for example, that the online questions numbered third, fourth, and fifth were asked between the second and sixth questions in the paper version. To get an idea of the integrated online questions, you can view the German questionnaire here. In this aforementioned version, the difference between online and PAPI questions is indicated by the presence or absence of the annotation "(P...)". For example, the first question in the German questionnaire is labelled Q01(P01), meaning it is the first question asked in both CAWI and PAPI.
