Interview Script Pre-interview ● Estimated time for this interview: 45 minutes; ● The content of this interview is confidential and will be recorded for transcription purposes. Your personal identity, projects/products, companies, and individuals mentioned will not be disclosed at any time; ● This interview is part of a study to investigate the technical challenges related to the adoption of Continuous Practices (CI, CDE, CD) in the industry. Its purpose is to collect firsthand accounts based on practical experience; ○Pipeline Challenges: Technical challenges that hinder the adoption, practice, or the benefits from any of the Continuous Practices. These challenges arise when structuring the pipeline for a Continuous Practice or during the execution of this pipeline. They are closely related to its stages and are not encountered in contexts where pipelines are not yet present; ○Product Challenges: Technical challenges that make it difficult to adopt, practice, or experience the benefits of any of the Continuous Practices. These challenges are intrinsically related to the product itself: its code, tests, or architectural decisions, for example.
