At the same time, concepts are given using sources related to the development of spiritual identity Keywords: spirituality, belief, image, information, value, aspiration, thoughts In today's modern world full of intense information flow and dynamic changes, the concept of "spiritual image" is becoming more and more important. It reflects the inner world of a person, his values, beliefs, aspirations and the ability to see the meaning of his life. Because the spiritual image is a dynamic system that is formed during a person's life and develops under the influence of internal and external factors. Spirituality is not static, it is a changing and constantly developing aspect of human personality. Spirituality is formed by various factors, in particular, life experience, education, culture and interpersonal relationships. Spiritual image is an important tool for the general well-being of a person, in the decision-making process, guides a person's actions and helps him overcome life's difficulties. A mature spiritual image expresses satisfaction with life, mental health and resistance to stress. THE CONCEPT OF SPIRITUAL IMAGE AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN LEADERSHIP ACTIVITY
Vol..4, Issue 9 ISSN:23490012 I.F. 8.1 DECEMBER 174 Developing spiritual identity is an ongoing process of self-discovery and personal improvement. This act requires honesty, self-reflection, and openness to new experiences. Through self-discovery, a person can deeply understand his values, beliefs and aspirations, and understand the meaning of life more deeply. The components of the spiritual image are closely related to each other and represent a complex interaction. In order to deeply understand its essence, we will try to answer the following questions: 1. "How do values affect beliefs, aspirations, and emotions?": values guide our beliefs, form our belief system and personal outlook; values also affect our aspirations and make us strive for goals and actions that are consistent with our values; and finally, values affect our emotions, producing positive emotions when we act in accordance with our values and negative emotions when we violate them. 2. "How do beliefs affect aspirations, values, and emotions?": beliefs influence our aspirations, prompting us to act in accordance with our beliefs and avoid actions that contradict them; Beliefs can also shape our values, slowly influencing what we consider important; Beliefs can also affect our emotions, meaning that when our actions are consistent with our beliefs, we feel confident, and when they contradict them, we feel anxious or guilty. 3. "How do aspirations affect values, beliefs, and feelings?": aspirations can affect our values, meaning they force us to reconsider what is important in aligning our values with our goals; aspirations can influence our beliefs, and they motivate us to seek evidence and reasons to support our goals; finally, aspirations can affect our emotions, for example, they create motivation and excitement when we achieve our goals, and frustration when we encounter

"How do emotions affect values, beliefs, and aspirations?": emotions can affect our values, that is, depending on the feelings that arise in us, the importance of certain values increases or decreases; emotions can influence our beliefs, helping us to accept information that matches our current emotional state. Therefore, spirituality is important for life satisfaction because the relationships in human life are deep and multifaceted and they are closely related to each other, for example: spiritual image can show a person the meaning of life and the goals of living in it. If a person is aware of his values and beliefs and works for self-realization, his self-confidence increases; the lack of meaning and purpose in life can cause a feeling of emptiness, meaninglessness and dissatisfaction; spiritual image provides harmony and internal balance. When a person lives in accordance with his values and beliefs, he feels calmer; inconsistency between the inner world and external actions can lead to internal conflicts and dissatisfaction. In such a situation, a person may be disappointed in himself and his life; spiritual image affects other interpersonal relationships. Individuals with a high spiritual image tend to show kindness, compassion and respect to others. They strive for harmony in their relationships and to create a positive environment around them; negative emotions, greed, and selfishness can lead to conflicts and disruption of various forms of relationships. As a result, people's sense of satisfaction with life also changes negatively; moral character makes a person resilient to stress and problems. This will allow you to understand the situation from a broader perspective and find an internal resource to overcome difficulties;
Vol..4, Issue 9 ISSN:23490012 I.F. 8.1 DECEMBER 176 A lack of a "spiritual core" can make a person vulnerable to stress and negative influences. A person may face difficulties and feel weak; the spiritual image inspires a person to self-awareness and the search for the meaning of life. When a person is aware of their talent and strives to develop it, they become even more satisfied with themselves, and a feeling of happiness envelops them; When a person feels that they are not using their potential and are not achieving what they are striving for, they may feel worthless and unwanted. Based on the above thoughts changing beliefs can lead to a reassessment of values (for example, if a person changes their religious beliefs, they can change their views on things they value - family, marriage, or interpersonal relationships - through their belief in new ideas); beliefs can control our attitudes and emotions in relation to various situations (for example, if a person believes that they can control their life, they will suffer less from stress and uncertainty); negative beliefs can exacerbate anxiety, depression, and other emotional problems (for example, if a person feels unworthy of love or respect, they may experience feelings of loneliness and rejection). Supplementing the above points, we can come to the following conclusions: a person who believes in the justice of the world strives to do good, help others, and values justice and selflessness. Also, when problems arise, it causes sadness and grief. Therefore, beliefs serve as a powerful factor in shaping our aspirations, values, and emotions. Therefore, it is important to be aware of our beliefs and analyze their impact on our lives. Changing negative beliefs leads to positive changes in our lives and increases our sense of satisfaction with ourselves and the world. Aspirations are the driving force that guides us toward our goals and determines how we interact with the world. They are closely related to values, beliefs, and

(for example, if a person decides to dedicate themselves to charity, they may appreciate the processes associated with compassion, kindness, and helping those in need); aspirations strengthen or shape our beliefs (a person can strengthen their belief in equality, justice, and tolerance if they strive to build a harmonious society); beliefs can limit or support aspirations (for example, if a person believes that success can only be achieved through competition, they can abandon aspirations related to cooperation and helping others); aspirations affect our emotions (for example, achieving goals causes feelings of satisfaction, joy, and pride. Failures can lead to despair, sadness, or anger); emotions can influence our aspirations (for example, the fear of failure prevents a person from taking risks and fulfilling their dreams). In general, it is the aspirations in a person that express their desires, for example: a person who wants to climb the career ladder can appreciate responsibility, discipline, and perseverance (he is convinced that success can be achieved through effort and hard work, achieving goals gives him a sense of satisfaction and pride); A person who loves creativity can appreciate freedom, self-expression, and individuality. He believes that creativity is an important part of life and derives joy and inspiration from the creative process; a person inclined to help others values compassion, kindness, and selflessness. He believes that his life will be meaningful only if he does something useful for others, he feels satisfaction and meaning in life by helping others; aspirations are an integral part of our personality. They influence our values, beliefs, and feelings,

Understanding and developing our aspirations helps us achieve our goals, live by our values, and lead meaningful lives. It is known that feelings are one of the factors that color our inner world and influence all aspects of our life - values, beliefs, and aspirations, for example: emotions can shape our values (for example, feelings of love and affection help us value family, friendship, and close relationships); changes in the emotional world can lead to a reassessment of values (for example, after experiencing a serious illness, a person begins to value health and well-being); emotions can also influence our beliefs (for example, with a feeling of fear, we can believe that the world is dangerous and that we should always be careful); Beliefs, in turn, can either strengthen feelings or, conversely, weaken them (for example, a person is less prone to fear and despair if they are more confident in overcoming any difficulties); emotions can motivate us to achieve goals (for example, a feeling of anger at injustice can lead to fighting for justice and protecting the interests of others); negative emotions can hinder the achievement of goals (for example, a sense of insecurity prevents a person from taking risks and fulfilling their dreams). Also, emotions, like aspirations, are an integral part of our personality. From the above thoughts and examples, it can be understood that beliefs, aspirations, and feelings represent the main interconnected components in the formation of a person's spiritual image. The spiritual image is not just a set of beliefs or religious practices, but an aspect that reveals the essence of our personality. Therefore, the spiritual image plays a key role in ensuring the well-being of a person. It helps a person find things that are more important and meaningful than various details in everyday life, and as a result, a sense of integrity, wholeness, and confidence is formed in the individual. In addition, the spiritual image forms harmony in the inner world of a person, that is, spiritual peace ensures inner balance. A person who lives in accordance with their
Vol..4, Issue 9 ISSN:23490012 I.F. 8.1 DECEMBER 179 values feels calm and looks at life with great confidence. Summarizing the above, the development and strengthening of the spiritual image is an investment in well-being and happiness. In this regard, the importance of the development of one's spiritual image throughout life is connected with the fact that it is a continuous process. Because it is important for a person to always be aware of their values, beliefs, and aspirations, to regularly analyze their impact on their life, and, if necessary, to make appropriate adjustments to them. Because, as noted above, as a person develops their personality through a spiritual image, they determine the meaning and purpose of life, achieve mental health, overcome various stressful situations, establish harmonious relationships with others, and, of course, live a happy life. In this sense, the spiritual image of a person can be called a complex and multifaceted concept. Because the spiritual image includes a person's values, beliefs, moral principles, and life guidelines. It is formed as a result of interaction with family, society, and culture and determines an individual's behavior, decisions, and attitudes. References 1. Mirziyoyev Sh.M.
