GOLDEN BRAIN ISSN: 2181-4120 VOLUME 3 | ISSUE 19 | 2025 Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal December, 2025 163 Introduction Creating an inclusive learning environment in primary school is one of the key tasks of modern education. Inclusive education aims to ensure that all children, regardless of their abilities or learning differences, have equal opportunities to learn and develop together. Primary school is a crucial stage for building positive attitudes toward diversity and cooperation. An inclusive classroom helps students feel safe, respected, and motivated, which positively influences their academic and social development. Principles of an Inclusive Learning Environment An inclusive learning environment is based on several important principles. One of them is respect for individual differences. Each child has unique abilities, learning styles, and needs, which should be considered during the educational process. Another principle is accessibility. This includes adapting teaching materials, classroom space, and learning activities so that all students can participate actively. Cooperation between teachers, parents, and specialists also plays a significant role in supporting inclusive education. The Role of the Teacher The teacher is a central figure in creating an inclusive classroom. A primary school teacher should create a positive and supportive atmosphere where every student feels accepted. Teachers use differentiated instruction, flexible teaching methods, and interactive activities to meet diverse learning needs. In addition, collaboration with psychologists, speech therapists, and special education teachers helps provide effective support for students who need additional assistance. Practical Approaches
GOLDEN BRAIN ISSN: 2181-4120 VOLUME 3 | ISSUE 19 | 2025 Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal December, 2025 164 Practical strategies for inclusive teaching include group work, visual aids, individual feedback, and cooperative learning activities. These methods help students develop communication skills, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging in the classroom. Conclusion Creating an inclusive learning environment in primary school is essential for the development of both academic and social skills. Inclusive education promotes equality, mutual respect, and understanding among students. Successful inclusion requires professional teachers, supportive school conditions, and active cooperation between all participants in the educational process. REFERENCES 1. Florian, L. (2019).
