When asked, Bwha a e he h ee mos impo an skills o a ibu es new hi es need in o de o succeed a you o ganiza ion^ he op h ee we e P oblem Sol ing (49 %), Collabo a ion/Abili y o Wo k as a Team (43 %) and C i ical Thinking (36 %). Hence, in Sep embe 2014, 10 uni e si ies om ac oss Eu ope s a ed an EU E asmus + S a egic Pa ne ship (Table 1).
